Very clean, beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and everything went seamlessly.

Communication with the owner was excellent. We thought there might be an issue (which there wasn't) but he offered to come over right away. He also texted with me frequently. Home is very basic in a family neighborhood.

We had a really good time at this rental. It was very clean and nicely decorated. It was within close proximity to Carolina Beach where we spent time at the boardwalk and also went to Fort Fisher where there was free parking. Tony was a great host and communicated with us so we were clear on what to expect and even gave great tips about the area. We would be happy to stay here again!

Me and my husband booked this property our host got in contact with us immediately to inform us there was a double booking and offered us another one of his properties; which we were so grateful for. The house was clean and well decorated it was comfortable for us all and in such convenient location. The host Tony was very communicative and responsive. I have nothing bad to say we greatly enjoyed ourselves.

The property was as stated in the VRBO description. The house was clean and well appointed. It was nice that Tony provided soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towel for our 3 day stay. Tony was excellent to work with and tried very hard to meet all of our needs. His communication was superb. I would highly recommend this property!

Beach House Fun Times is very beautifully decorated and the layout is great. It had everything we needed for our getaway of seven. Our dog loved running and being lazy in the fenced in backyard. We took advantage of the fire pit every night, making s’mores and just catching up with one another. We had fun playing Clue, Candy land and cards, that were supplied by our host. This was a much needed get away to reconnect. We look forward to our next adventure here!! Our host Tony went above and beyond to accommodate us. Tony was an absolute godsend for our family!! This property was centrally located in a quiet neighbourhood between Kure and Carolina Beaches and downtown Wilmington. It was a short drive to many wonderful dining options, as well as a variety of supermarkets. The home was as promised, clean and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we required to prepare meals, and the host was kind enough to provide a propane grill as well. Amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and hand soap were provided along with an abundance of towels. There were even enough cleaning products including laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent to get us started on our stay. We were travelling with our pup who enjoyed the spacious fenced-in backyard and friendly neighbourhood for walking.
