BEACH HOUSE, FIVE Minutes walk to the beach, Very Spacious

Could use more furniture in bedrooms. Night stands, dresser. Bathroom needs to be updated. Shower is not in good shape. Need sheets on the beds. Some pillows are hard as a rock.

The house needs an extra shower not a tub.Additional seating in the living area.

The house was exactly as advertised. Perfect for our family and in a lovely section of Long Beach. Clean, spacious and bright. Communication with owner was excellent. Would not hesitate for a nanosecond to stay again.

This home is in a great location with lots of natural light streaming through the many windows. The deficits would be very easy to correct and then it would be 4 star. We had 8 adults though (it’s advertised that it sleeps ten) and while the home has sufficient beds there is very little closet space in most rooms (the downstairs br closet is locked for instance) most could use more bedside tables and there were only 3 hand/face towels and 4 washcloths. Similarly the kitchen is not suited for those who really love to cook. There is no large pot for instance (we had hoped to cook fresh lobsters.) They need more drinking glasses, measuring spoons, cups etc. As I said, easily fixed, and fine if you plan to eat most meals out but it was a little frustrating for us. They need another couch in the living room so that everyone can sit comfortably together. Finally, while they don’t say they have a washer/dryer, I feel like it’s more or less expected when you rent a house this size. That said, Mohammed does respond quickly, check in was simple and location, location, location.

Beach house was spacious and 5 minute walk to.beach. As listed. Some unsatisfactory features:Beach passes not available. Shower not fully cleaned. Rug in living room tattered.

The space was incredibly clean, and there was plenty of room to relax and unwind. The host was friendly and accommodating, making sure everything I needed was readily available. It was a short walk to the beach, with plenty of places to grab a bite. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay!

Everything was great only issue was that we have been traveling and needed laundry and there was no access to washer and dryer so we had to go to the laundromat around the corner

The location of the property is great. You can walk to the beach and various restaurants and stores. The property is older but has some updates such as the kitchen and bathroom upstairs. There are two bathrooms but only one has a shower which can be a little tricky with a large group. There was also no washer and dryer. Overall we had a good stay.

What a lovely place to stay. Cool, clean, quiet and close to the beach. A++

We had 7 people staying in this 5 bedroom home and it was a wonderful stay. The description was very accurate and we were delighted with the improvements to this old home to update this old house especially updates to the kitchen and both bathrooms! I would recommend this rental if you're looking for a place to stay in Long Beach. The Beach, Grocery and restaurants were all nearby, within walking distance if you don't have a car and Ubers were plentiful if you need.

Easy access to everything! We walked from the LIRR to the house, walked to the beach, boardwalk, store, dinner. The rooms were all comfortable and private, including a ground-floor room for my parents. Pleanty of room for cooking and family dinners. And the foos ball table/mini pool was used the WHOLE WEEKEND! Great time with the family, easy check in and responsive host!

I grew up in Long Beach. Decided to celebrate my deceased mom’s 100th birthday here with my family. It was perfect for the occasion. Walking distance to stores, restaurants, and the boardwalk and beach. The property was mostly updated, clean, and Mohammed responded to my messages quickly. I will definitely be back!
