The home was better than staying at a hotel. It was a comfy place and we enjoyed it. There was a few things that didn’t make it excellent. The house was not lite up like the pictures. Bulbs are out. The pictures on the site showed 4 different beds but only 4 in the house. One of had to sleep on the couch. The big bush/tree in front wasn’t trimmed up. To get four trucks in. Two parked in the bush. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your home.

Roach in the floor about 2” long, lots of stuff rotting and falling apart,smell or moth balls, and very little communication with the host, will never stay there again, asking for a small refund

Checked in first day to vrbo about the property not the same as in the listing every day. No help or problem never fixed. Purchased a well light beach property. Had one light bulb up top working and 1 down below. Never fixed after reaching out each day. Had to purchase bags of ice and bottle water because fridge ice and water did not work. To top it off my wife myself and my son received spider bites. Just took my son today to doctor because one of his bites became infected. Reached out several times with no assistance or help from vrbo. Front of property was overgrown and not in care like the pictures on listing.

The house was very clean and welcoming. I enjoyed the roominesses of the living room and kitchen. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the walk in shower too! The porch was such an amazing place to sit and watch the sunset. I experienced my first lavender sunset. This home is located very close to downtown and shopping. We enjoyed walking to the piers and watching the birds! We hope to come back soon.

The property was very nice and clean. Absolutely no issues with the property. I wish it could have been closer to public access piers and shoreline. But that’s my fault for not researching the area better. Downtown was very nice and only about a 5 minute walk.

The property was exactly as described on VRBO and well appointed. The property was a perfect location for us because we were fishing at the east end in the state park and over to Aransas Pass. The property was also well located for anything we needed in Rockport.We have stayed in many VRBO properties and this was one of the best!

Stayed here while on a fishing trip. Its a tight fit but was able to park boat here. House is well stocked and very comfortable. Will be back.
