Beach House at Seacrest Beach, 30A! Near Alys Beach & Rosemary, Beach Tram, Pool

Our family had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed our stay very much! The host was very accommodating, helpful and quick to answer questions. It was easy to get to the beach, as the tram picks you up at the house. Would highly recommend staying at the Beach House at Seacrest Beach, 30A!

Very nice home. Some little things like only one dishtowel to be found :-) Garage door opener didn't work, but the code did, so that was fine. Otherwise everything we needed was there. Lovely, and very new neighborhood.

The house is gorgeous- clean, fresh, spacious. It has the perfect amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. It’s so nice for each bedroom to have its own bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and was easy to enjoy time with our group of 8!

This was a wonderful house that accommodated our entire family. Perfect for 65 year olds to a 4 month old. The neighborhood was quiet and the house centrally located so we were at the beach or restocking at the store in mere minutes! It was clean, cheerful, had sufficient dishes, glasses, cookware, towels, beach towels and beach toys to meet our needs. Each bedroom with its individual bath was perfect! There was a minor maintenance issue that was corrected in just a few hours before we returned to the house for the evening! Couldn’t ask for much more! Our family had a terrific time! Would recommend this home to anyone looking for a great time at the beach!

We had an amazing stay at this property. The check in process was smooth and easy. The host was very accommodating and responsive. The shuttle service offered was amazing and was a great perk to the home- Kyle was great! Overall we had a great weekend and would definitely return to stay here again.

There were definitely things we enjoyed—the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, the tram service was awesome (thanks Kyle!) and the home was well laid out for a group stay. When I reached out to the property managers after our stay, in hopes of improving the experience for future guests, I was met with defense. They put the blame on me for not reaching out during our stay. We were only there for a short 3-day trip, and having service interruptions would be particularly disruptive to our vacation plans.If a home has passed a thorough inspection (their words), it shouldn’t need maintenance right away.Here were my notes for them:- The pool was closed for multiple days, and even when reopened, it wasn’t in usable condition—cloudy water, a bandaid, and what looked like blood near the edge. We were never informed of the closure, even when we paid for early check-in with the expectation of using the pool.- The gate to the property was broken and this wasn’t communicated.- The home wasn’t as clean as expected for a luxury listing. (Hair balls on the floor, dusty window sills, inappropriate stickers in the bunk room nightstand, dirty bathroom floor, etc.)- Two of the bedroom doors wouldn’t close properly, which affected privacy.- We were charged to check in two hours early despite the house being ready, and were also asked to pay for late checkout even though the property was unbooked afterward.- Not enough extra towels, pillows, or blankets were

The house was good size for our group. Dishes were still in dish washer when we arrived and the rugs need to be replaced, as they showed age/stains. Host responded quickly when wifi name wasn’t listed (router just needed reset). We enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful time. Great neighborhood, communication was awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

The home is a clean new build that is well located, and in a somewhat secluded coastal neighborhood. Perfect area for biking to town, the pool, and beach. Our family loved how each bedroom had its own bathroom. Highly recommend this property.

The home was beautiful & the layout accommodated our family very well. The location & quiet neighborhood was welcomed! My only disappointment was the attention not given to details in cleaning from previous guests. Obvious dirt, water bottles, toys were left under furniture in the living room. There was dust & dead insects on some window sills. Some kitchen cabinet drawers & doors were not wiped. Someone was sent to clean again which was appreciated, but we had already unpacked & were getting kids ready for bed.

This house was absolutely PERFECT!! So nice and great location!! I highly recommend!!

We enjoyed the location, access to the beach using the tram, and the place was wonderful!

Arrived - check in was super easy. 4 Bedrooms all with king size beds! Trolly driver very friendly and accommodating! House was clean. No beach chairs - but there were beach towels. Construction next door - but it didn’t impact our stay.

Very comfortable and well stocked and spacious. It would be nice to possibly have bikes for use.
