The house was clean and well presented with ample bedrooms, comfortable beds and multiple living areas. Our host was prompt and helpful when we had a query. The location is convenient for many local attractions and close enough to the beach for fit and active walkers. We enjoyed the spaciousness and ambience.

Property was ideal for our requirements with amenities and space that suited our needs. Pet friendly, child friendly and adult friendly. Kitchen and bathrooms extremely well aappointed. Would return again certainly.

Well where do l start! The property was amazing and location excellent.Everything you could possibly need for a family birthday was right there. We all had an amazing time and Adrian's communication from the start of the booking to check in details on the day was bang on. Would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate going back.

I stayed here with my cousins and there children. It was such a great house for kids as they had loads of toys and space for the kids to play. There were 3 different living areas wich made it great for our large group because we didnt feel cramped and the kitchen was well equipped and sized well for a large house, imcluding the electric wood.fire kept the house toasty as we were there on a cold and wet weekend. The hosts were great at communicating and accomodating and quick to respond. Its also a 15 min walk to rosebud beach and the shopping strip. 100% reccommend the house and will stay again.

We recently stayed at this fantastic holiday home rental that was perfect for both kids and adults. The spacious layout allowed everyone to spread out comfortably, with cozy bedrooms and plenty of common areas for gathering. The backyard was a highlight, featuring a safe play area for the kids, complete with mini golf. For the adults, there’s a firepit. a lovely patio with a BBQ grill, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The house also had a well-stocked kitchen, board games, and a big TV with streaming options. It truly made our holiday unforgettable!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect! It was spacious and clean with lots of chill out spots. The host was lovely and the communication was really easy. We would love to stay here again.

Adrian is an excellent host, quick to respond, honest and accommodating. The place was huge for a group of 11 adults and 1 two year old. It was so well equipped for kids—toys, dinnerware, furniture, general safety of the home. We had everything we needed to entertain and have a great weekend away.

The house was impeccable and everything you need is there. It is very spacious for a group of 17 people and the kids have plenty of space to run around. Adrian and Carly is very responsive and very accommodating. This will definitely be our go to place for a holiday from now on.
