Set directly on the Destin Harbor, Sun Kissed is an 8-bedroom, 7-bath waterfront home designed for large groups to share space comfortably. The layout spans three levels and sleeps up to 22 guests, offering multiple indoor and outdoor areas that allow everyone to gather or spread out as needed. Gated beach access nearby adds easy access to the Gulf while preserving the calm of the harborfront location.



Sleeping arrangements

The home’s bedrooms are arranged across all floors to balance privacy and flexibility. King suites are located throughout the house, alongside a bunk bedroom with a twin-over-queen bunk and a double queen suite. Bathrooms include a mix of en-suite and Jack-and-Jill setups, supporting smooth routines for larger groups.



Living spaces

Two separate living areas make it easy to relax without crowding. The second floor centers around an open kitchen, dining area, and living space suited for shared meals and long evenings. On the first floor, a second living area includes a kitchenette and game space, creating a natural retreat for downtime. Large windows and doors throughout the home keep harbor views in constant sight.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is equipped for group cooking and casual meals, with indoor dining space and an outdoor kitchen nearby. Whether meals are shared inside or enjoyed outdoors, the layout supports relaxed, communal dining.



Outdoor living

Outside, the pool and hot tub overlook the harbor, with surrounding decks and seating areas designed for lingering afternoons and quiet evenings. Outdoor furniture, and backyard space extend the living areas outdoors. The private dock includes four boat slips, offering direct harbor access and proximity to water taxi service. Pool heating is available by request for an additional fee.



Location & extras

Holiday Isle combines harborfront calm with convenient access to dining and attractions just across the water. The home is pet-friendly (fee applies), allows long-term stays, and offers self check-in with a smart lock. Guests staying four or more nights receive a complimentary 1.5-hour sunset tiki cruise, weather-dependent and subject to availability. Winter snowbird rates are available upon inquiry.

    Our hot tub did not work for the first two days of our trip, but it did work on the third. We had no idea the hot tub is only heated from 6 PM to midnight, which wasn’t a good fit for our group as we are morning people we asked about switching the hot tub hours to morning hours, but was told it was a 50 a day fee. There are tons of chairs and wagons to go to the beach, but unfortunately no beach towels.

    House is perfect for multi families and kids. Beautiful inside and out. Private beach is a very short walk. Multi level decks, a dining table that seats large groups and more sofa furniture than we could fill. An A stay!

    We got switched from this house to 16 Magnolia “Sunkissed” less than 6 days before our arrival. We had been booked for about a year. I was told “renovations were taking place even though we had it booked. Anyway, 16 Magnolia is a nice house. Good setup. Showing its rental age. A few minor issues with oven not working, handheld appliances not working…but all addressed quickly and resolved besides oven. House is very spacious and lots of bedrooms. Basement bedrooms are fine, but a renovated garage area. Patio deck, pool and hot tub are wonderful. Only morning sun out there. We say dolphins and manatees in the bay. House furniture is ok. Patio furniture is very nice. Bathrooms are aging, but fine. Lots of stains, cracked floors, nicks and dings all around property. Hot Tub is great, but you need to pay ahead of time for pool heat. Hot tub switch is in odd location around corner of house-not convenient at all. There is beach chairs and two wagons/carts to go to beach. Walk to beach is nothing. 3 minutes away. Neighborhood is quiet. Overall, this is a very nice house if you have a big family or group. Not perfect or like the pictures, but very comfortable. I would stay again no problem. Also, we were told the flooring was getting replaced after we leave. Carpet is out and LVP will be going in. Carpet is worn and dirty, so that will be good.
