Stayed Dec 3, 2025Fantastic layout on this home, very comfortable and spacious house and the soaker tub is very nice along with the top floor kids room. Great kitchen and well stocked with everything you will need for cooking and fantastic outdoor bbq! 2 blocks to the best beach! Items to Note if you stay here: The pool wasn’t heated (cost was additional 500/wk for heating) and there are no: warm blankets, shampoo, salt, coffee, cooking oil, laundry detergent, extra garbage bags, cleaning basics, etc. As long as you bring those along you will have an amazing stay at this incredible home.

Stayed Mar 17, 2025We spend 3 days at this lovely home. We had 3 families with children (aged 10 months to 16years old) stay here and we fit very comfortably. We had everything we needed to cook. Would recommend bringing spices (salt/pepper, oil etc) but had all the utensils needed. The pool was heated and the kids enjoyed it all day. Walking distance to a public access beach. Would highly recommend and will be staying here again.

Stayed Mar 6, 2025We had a lovely stay!! The only weird concern was that none of the outlets in the bathrooms worked upstairs or downstairs. Other than that, property was very clean & our stay was absolutely wonderful. The walk to the beach was not as long as I thought & you are within walking distance of a cutie little cafe!

Stayed Oct 4, 2023House was wonderful and quiet neighborhood. Kitchen well equipped. Public beach access is terrible in this area though. The roped off beach areas for hotels and condos has ruined the beach experience for house rental. Loved the house but sorry to say I’ll never return to Destin

Stayed Aug 10, 2023We had a wonderful stay! Very cozy/practical/roomy home! Less than a 6 min walk from the beach. Lots of nearby restaurants and activities! Our family loved it and enjoyed our stay immensely!

Stayed May 20, 2023Overall I was happy with the place. Unrelated to the rental, if you're a beach person I would recommend getting to the beach early and setting up your spot because the area where you can stay (Public Access) is limted. Most of the places on the beach have somehow claimed/reserved the beach in front their property for their customers.
