Beach Haven sits in an enviable position in St Ives with stunning views through floor to ceiling windows across to The Island, Porthmeor Beach, Godrevy Lighthouse and along the north Cornish coast. This really is a holiday home by the sea! Surfing at Porthmeor Beach and the vibrant St Ives harbour and Tate Gallery is only a 5-minute walk. Turn left out of the door and you are on the South West Coastpath within 2 minutes.

Entered through a sunny private courtyard, perfect for morningcoffee or breakfast.

Contemporary decor where your comfort and enjoyment of Beach Haven is our primary concern, from the moment you arrive to the last day of your stay we want it to be perfect in every way.

Wander to the local deli and grab some yummy local produce to create a fabulous meal in our fully equipped kitchen or be spoilt for choice by the excellent local restaurants, everything from perfectly slow roasted coffee, fresh fish & chips to a gourmet meal. St Ives has so many wonderful places to eat you really will be spoilt for choice.

A sumptuous master bedroom complete with sea views is the perfect place to wake after a relaxing night sleep. The twin overlooks the sunny private courtyard.

Our gorgeous bathroom with rainwater double shower, freestanding bath and limestone floors is the perfect place to relax and unwind as you start your holiday.

A private parking space at the front of the property means you can happily explore Cornwall and know you have guaranteed parking on return.

Please note the house is over two storeys and those staying at the house need to be able to manage the single staircase to get to the bedrooms from the ground floor.

Safety for our guests is important, we have smoke alarms in bedrooms as well as on the landing and on the ground floor. We also have a carbon monoxide alarm.

Smoking is prohibited inside and outside the premises, fire safety is paramount which is why we prohibit it.

It is also prohibited to charge any type of electric vehicle at the property, no car charging, scooters etc. Fire safety is the reason we do not allow electric vehicles to be charged at the property.

    What a charming and well-appointed home. Wonderful views of the sea and Porthmeor Beach. The house has everything you need and is looked after to the highest standards. We have some mobility issues and Rachel checked with us before booking to ensure the house was suitable for us. We stayed at Christmas and New Year and the welcome basket was most generous. Wonderful to wake up to views of the ocean.

    The property is lovely (exactly as shown in the photos) and has all the amenities you need for your stay. The property is close to coastal tails, beaches, shopping & restaurants. We really enjoyed our visit and would not hesitate to stay here again.

    The house was very comfortable, nicely decorated and had great views out of the back. The area was quiet but still close to a great beach and an easy 10-15 minute downhill walk to the town. The scones and cream waiting for us as we arrived was a nice touch. The host was also accommodating when we asked for an earlier check in as our train arrived very early in the morning, they let us know when the cleaning was finished so we could get in a bit earlier than the posted 3pm check in.

    Very clean and well equipped property in a quiet area overlooking Porthmeor Bay. Short (downhill) walk to beach, Tate St Ives and harbour. Would be happy to stay here again and do recommend Beach Haven to others.

    The place was spotless, comfortable and well equipped. Towels and bed linen beautiful quality. Beaches and town centre are within walking distance. Communication with the owner was easy and she responded quickly. We had a lovely long weekend and hope to return.We would highly recommend.

    We loved our stay in St Ives. The house was perfect for our family of four, and was well-equipped with everything we needed. There were lovely touches, like the welcome Cornish Cream Tea and milk, plus coffee pods for the machine! The addition of games and books was a plus too. Host Rachel was super-helpful and provided lots of useful information.

    From start to finish, very easy check in with great communication, upon arrival milk, scones, clotted cream and jam provid. Everything that you need is in the apartment, looks like it's been refurbished not so long ago, off road parking. Just the perfect stay with a sea view. Highly recommend this place.

    Beach Haven is a lovely property in a quiet area about 10 minutes from Porthmeor beach (NB it takes longer to walk back as it's up a steep hill). Arrived to find a cream tea and milk in the fridge. Had a wonderful time. Thank you.

    Recently stayed at Beach Haven with my wife and 7 month old baby. The house was spotless and had absolutely everything you’d ever want - every kitchen appliance, a travel cot and even a BBQ. Shower was big, powerful and perfect after a day at the beach. The location was unreal! Amazing views and walking distance to everything. Rachel was a fantastic host and answered any questions I had - nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend to friends and family, and we’ll no doubt be back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Beautifully appointed house. Great location and really appreciated the space. Very well equipped and everything was clearly explained as to how to operate tv, washing machine and dishwasher. Just wondered where the microwave and dryer were but not a real problem. Such a lovely place for our holiday. We had a great time there. Thank you

    The house has all the practicalities of a modern residential setting with lots of added sea side charm - a sea view and only minutes from the stunning coastal path and a fabulous array of restaurants with stunning views. All this and a parking space. Really helpful and speedy response from the owner too.
