Beach Front Sleeps 10 Walking distance to everything

The island of St George is absolutely gorgeous, the location of the house is perfect, however, the house itself is in need of maintenance, for example, the upstairs a/c unit was NOT working and was 80 degrees. When host was informed by us, she replied that a part was on order, but never informed us before hand that it was not working! I think the worst part that ruined my stay was the smell of dirty dog in the house (and we have a dog), carpeting definitely should be replaced or at the very least, cleaned. Absolutely filthy! Will definitely return to St George, but not this particular house.

We will try to stay here as may years as they will let us! Love it every time.

Location was perfect for walking to shop, eat, and rent bikes. The houses are VERY close together. You have no privacy on the porch if the neighbors are also outside. The kitchen was well equipped.

Super easy check in. Nicely decorated home with comfortable beds and furniture. The view and beach access is top notch. Right near center of town so you can walk to shops and restaurants.

House is great. It’s was clean. Check-in and check-out instructions were easy and clear. The house is in the center of the island so walkable to all the bars, restaurants, coffee shops and stores. All in all a great place to stay right on the beach.

Great place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation. The place appeared very clean and tastefully decorated. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked. Had beautiful beach and gulf view. Easy access to beach and we used AJ’s beach rental service for daily set up and take down of chairs and umbrellas. They did a great job! The family room “couches” were actually what appeared to be twin beds that were deeper than a couch so used a few pillows to support us when watching TV at night. Michelle responded quickly to any questions or problems. Would definitely recommend this listing

This house had everything we needed for a family getaway. There were lots of baby gates (helpful for kids and dogs) and a well appointed kitchen. The beach is just a few steps away and the proximity to downtown restaurants is great.

We loved our stay at this property. It was right on the beach like the distribution stated. We had the best 5 days. We would love to come back again. I loved how there was not crowds and we felt safe to walk from one place to another.

The house was perfect—clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The location truly can’t be beat: everything was within walking distance, and the beach was just steps away. It was quiet, uncrowded, and ideal for relaxing all day. Even better, it was dog-friendly—our Lab had the time of his life. Everyone we met was friendly, and the whole atmosphere was laid-back and welcoming. A perfect family vacation. We can’t wait to come back.

We had not been to the beach in years and were looking forward to a relaxing vacation. THIS PLACE DELIVERED. first of all the location is amazing! You dont have to go too far to try amazing restaurants, shops etc. Aunt Ebbys ice cream was so close and me and my family loved it. The home being on the beach was so nice and allowed us to come and go as we pleased! The home was so lovely. It was clean and we felt as if we were staying at a family members home. They had everything we needed! We even enjoyed the game Balderdash-the host provided :) it created some hilarious memories. I cant say enough at how wonderful this trip was. Thank you so much for making our vacation amazing! I highly recommended this place!

The property was excellent. Right on the beach, perfect for the 6 of us. You can walk to basically everything of note on the island. Would book again. Thank you so much!

This is our 5th time staying at Saltwater! Perfect as always! Dog friendly, great location, exactly as advertised. Owner was very accommodating!

We came in at night and it was no light over house number and the house pictured was white with red door but it had been painted and was yellow with white door. There were dirty dishes still in the dish washer from previous renter. The interior was otherwise clean. Needs some renovations to the interior.

The property was even nicer, cleaner, and more modern than expected from the pictures. This was a lovely beachfront location. So beautifully decorated! We would be happy to stay here again! My only suggestion would be more check-in instructions on how to use the lock.

Outside hose broke and barely able to use.Grill not useable.Furniture definitely needs updating for what you pay.Loved location.The other thing is there we’re things piled around outside.

We loved our stay at Saltwater. The easy access to the beach and all the shops and restaurants was wonderful. The home had everything we needed. We would return to this home in a heartbeat. It’s the perfect spot on SGI!
