Beach front Private home. Family time. Quiet, spacious, oceanside, beautiful.

Great layout with every bedroom having its own bathroom! This is an incredible house for families! They have every you need for the beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, toys, etc. The location is great as you cross a one lane road to the beach and you are minutes from all the restaurants and attractions on the island.

Our family utilized the house for a Thanksgiving week gathering and it was great. Rooms were exactly as described and pictured. Access to the beach couldn't be simpler. There was a bit of car door noise with the parking on the sand - Ocean - road, but nothing disturbing. Close to two restaurants and minutes from historic downtown.

Our second year enjoying this home for our family vacation, it was a great space for lots of families, including little ones. The screened porch is idyllic, the roof top patio was such a haven, and the sand play space under the house entertained our pre-schoolers for hours. The bathrooms have been updated, as well as other nice freshenings.

Enjoyed our stay! It was plenty big enough for our big family but wished there were TVs in all the lower level bedrooms. But that’s a small ask. Ole ty close to the beach and close to downtown.

This is our second year staying at Crump’s Sandcastle. It is perfect for our group of 12 friends, ages 60-75. This is our 16th yearly beach trip. We have stayed at several different homes but this is by far the best. It’s not only the spaces and number of bathrooms but you can tell this is a well loved and cared for home. We have already reserved for next year!

Beautiful oceanfront property. Great location. Perfect for large family.

We are four 60 women that plan a trip together once a year. Amelia Island was our favorite so far. This house is in a perfect location. The beach is steps away and it is less than 10 minutes to the historic downtown or the grocery store. Also, the house is very well appointed with everything we could need. We are talking about a returning.

We’ve been coming to Fernandina Beach for Spring Break the last 7 years. The last four of which have been spent at this house. I don’t think there is a more perfect location for our family. The proximity to a quiet section of beach and the relaxing porch to swing and watch the ocean are our favorite features. This house was built for families and we have used it to make memories for ours.

This is the second time I've stayed in this house; the last was in 2020. If anything, the house is in better shape than before, with upgrades most notable in the bathrooms. The location can't be beat. The house is comfortable and well-equipped. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This is the fourth time we have stayed at this property and plan to come back again next year. Perfect space for multiple families. Plenty of together space as well as private space. Convenient to lots of Fernandina attractions. Able to bike ride to town. We love it.

The house is spacious, the beach is just across the road, and the view is amazing! Plenty of beach towels. It was the perfect place for six high school friends to spend a week.

This house is perfect for our family. This is our 3rd time staying at Sandcastle. The screened in porch was great for our grands. The weather wasn’t the best but this house had books for our 4yr old grand and I to share. The big Lego blocks provided hours of fun. Making memories at Amelia is the best!!

The house is well thought out. En suite baths with each of the four bedrooms downstairs. The loft is nice as well, especially if you need a little tuck-away room for a young one. The living area/kitchen/screened porch was ideal for our large crowd. The sunrise over the ocean and the view of the water from the porch made you feel you were ON the beach. The beach toys available for use and the shaded, sandy playground under the house was really perfect.

Thanks John! We had a great time. Plenty of space for my children (4) and their families. With 15 of us in the house, we were never crowded. so glad you have beach chairs and kids toys available. Hope to be back again...sooner than later :)

We just wrapped our 9th annual family vacation in Amelia Island. This house has been the best so far! Location, house layout, cleanliness, comfort, supplies, and the SCREEN PORCH all made our stay so enjoyable. We look forward to returning next year!

This was our second time staying here during our annual family vacation. It’s was a wonderful time. It just went by too fast.

Everyone in our family loved staying here. Each bedroom is spacious and quiet. Loved the screened deck and play area under the house. The view of the sunrise is breathtaking. It’s an easy walk to beach an we were able to make multiple trips a day with small children .Can’t wait to return.

This is our family’s second trip to Crumps Sand Castle and everyone from 70-3 years old loves it! Perfect for a family.
