It was a perfectly positioned cottage for our beach break! The cottage was immaculately clean and had absolutely everything we needed for an 8 day stay. We could nip across to the beach for the day, or take a few minute walk to the dive centre on the other side of the island. Lots of bars and restaurants, supermarkets and sights only a few minutes walk away. Katt and Matt were lovely hosts, picked us up from the ferry terminal and dropped us back as well. Fabulous advice on all aspects of the island as well. Nothing was too much trouble! Thank you both for a wonderful stay, we would highly recommend their cottages and we'll definitely book again if we have the change to return to Bimini.....but this time for longer!

Such a wonderful place. Super super clean!!! Right across from the beach!!Everyone was so nice. Our first time in Bimini. Katt and Matt took us in and we felt like we were family!! You can’t get any better than this!!We’ll be back with friends!!!Love the people and the Island!!!

We absolutely loved it here. Matt and Katt were extremely accommodating, full of information and even picked us up from the docks. The place is beautiful and clean, right on the beach with access and close to all local amenities. We will absolutely be revisiting 10/10!

Our hose Katt was one of the best hosts I have had the pleasure of working with. The property was perfect for my mom, sister and I and it is exactly like it is represented online. The view from the front porch is incredible. It was a few steps to the best beach in Bimini and walking distance to basically everywhere we wanted to go. Katt was always available to answer any questions. I would recommend this property to anyone planning to visit Bimini. My family and I will absolutely visit again in the future!

Our vacation was everything we were looking for and more!!! Katt’s Kottage was exactly as the pictures portrayed. We felt right at home! Katt was an absolute wonderful host with providing recommendations and answered every question we had. I cannot say enough good things about Katt and her property!! We were already planning a trip back before we even left. We will not stay anywhere else on the island when we return! Easily hands down, our most favorite vacation!! Thank you for providing us with wonderful memories to last a lifetime!!

I visited with a girlfriend and we loved having breakfast and dinner on the front porch everyday. The rental provided spectacular views and the beach/ocean was right across the street. I highly recommend the place. Katt was very responsive to all of our inquiries.

This place is amazing!! The hosts were so nice, informative, and accommodating. The beach is literally right infront of you. Radio Beach is walking distance. We rented a golf cart from Katt and Matt, which was very convenient. Katt and Matt were so helpful and informative. I will definitely be back!!
