Stayed Dec 12, 2024The property is exactly as it looks from the picture. The view takes your breath away. Giovanny is really responsive and we got all the help we needed. The location is really convenient, close to small shops and restaurants. Juan Dolio is not as developed as other areas in the DR but it is ideal for families or if you are looking to relax and regenerate. Really happy with my experience.

Stayed Jul 30, 2024This is my second time using VRBO and this is the best. I must say that the host was SPECTACULAR. Communication 100% efficient and effective. Pictures are EXACTLY what is listed on the site. Have I mentioned what a wonderful host we had? Fresh fruit was provided upon arrival, rooms were clean and there was no odors at all. Stayed May 25, 2024The apartment is beautiful and very clean! I would say that everything was great, except with the inconvenience of being on the 5th floor and the elevator was not working for the duration of my stay. It would have been nice if I had advanced notification that the elevator wasn't working, but besides the fact, Jose Luis was very helpful. I had a great time with my family. We enjoyed the beach, the pool and all the local restaurants around the area. I would definitely rent it again. Thank you Giovanny!
