BEACH FRONT, 5 Bedroom, on the boardwalk

Place is choice! Excellent place for me and my family. We came for our daughters graduation and going to come back again and stay there next year for the next kids graduation. This home is right on the beach with volleyball nets in front. We got to jump in a few games with some of the regulars playing. I can’t say enough good things about the place and the people who own the place. They were easy going and answered questions immediately The home has plenty of rooms and is open - works well for large families.

This might have been the most perfect stay we have ever had in a VRBO. The property was gorgeous with lots of room for us to spread out. Perfect for a large family or family gathering. The hosts were the BEST! Very accommodating and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. It was definitely one of the best stocked VRBO’s we have ever stayed in with lots of extras! The sunsets were amazing to watch from the large window looking out on the beach or on the spacious outdoor space. I would highly recommend this property. I hope we have the opportunity to stay again sometime!

What an amazing location and home. Perfect for a large family event. An easy drive to all the typical tourist attractions. Would highly recommend anyone traveling to SD to consider this home. The hosts are wonderful. We will definitely be booking this home again.

Hosts were great, well stocked kitchen, very clean and a great location.

We stayed here with 6 of our teen grandkids. The hosts were very welcoming with fresh flowers, bottles of wine and beer! The kitchen is well outfitted for a large group. The garage has all kinds of beach paraphanelia for teens along with tandem bikes! Right across the boardwalk from volleyball nets. Great parking for a x-large vehicle as it is outside next to the house.

Amazing location with a beautiful view and parking! Lovely host who put so many personal touches into the place. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and all the beach gear you could need.

This 5 BR unit was the largest of renting out this entire house. It was absolutely wonderful. Since we rented the entire house my review is identical to the one I just left for one of the other units. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Besides being super clean, Marta and Ben graciously provided fresh flowers, wine, beer candy and an extremely well equipped home with everything in working order. This 2nd flr unit even had a 2nd refrigerator, The bedrooms had very flexible bed combinations (our very tall family appreciated all the King beds but many singles too) and baths. Altho the weather set records for rain and cold, we were very comfortable. TVs functioned well for the Bowl football games and WiFi was good. Parents and children appreciated all the beach toys and beach chairs we had access to. Located right on the beach the views from the large windows were great. Although my extended family (we were here for a reunion) had 3 other large homes, this one was by far the best. Besides being right off the ocean front boardwalk, it has a large, beautiful front patio with many rocking chairs and picnic tables with beach umbrellas. We would return in a heartbeat. Above all, the hospitality of Marta and Ben (who live on the top floor but were both friendly and unobtrusive) was outstanding. We have been very fortunate to rent many vacation homes over the years. This was all-around, one of the very best!

We loved this place! It was the PERFECT location, and the hosts were super accommodating. They had plenty of sand toys and boogie boards, etc. and were generous with sharing. I would definitely stay here again!!

So nice to see and hear the ocean. The place was perfect for the eight of us each having our privacy. Bedrooms were very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with staples. Checkout was easy. We want to come back.

This is an awesome place for a large group. The kitchen is supplied with so many utensils and dishes and more that you need for a large group- there's no skimping on that. We fit 10 of us around a dining table (4 folding chairs), and there was seating at the counter for another 5 people. The view from the dining table and living room couches was deluxe. We loved the ease of getting to the beach but the location was also great for getting to attractions in San Diego. We definitely want to return!

Location is fantastic with nightly views of the sunset out the front window. Host was amazing and we love the access to bikes and beach chairs provided.

This was one of the most amazing times our annual family/girls trip has ever had! The hosts are so accommodating, the neighbors are wonderful, and the location, house, and view were outstandingly awesome!!! Highly recommend!!!

This was our second year and we highly recommend this property! The space and view is amazing. The house is well stocked with all the comforts of home and toys for the beach. Owners on site are friendly and attentive to any needs. Thank you for a great week:)

We rented both the 5 bedroom (upstairs) and the 2 bedroom (downstairs). We used the upstairs kitchen and living area and only used the bedrooms downstairs to sleep. The house was clean, beautifully appointed and Marta and Ben, even had fun welcome gifts for us. Any questions we had, were quickly answered. The kitchen was the best supplied VRBO kitchen that we've experience, including 2 coffee makers and a Ninja blender! They had a garage full of toys for all ages, including surf boards, great fun for all! The location of the house on the boardwalk is perfect, with spectacular views and volleyball nets right out our door. It was also close to restaurants and shops, but at the quieter end of the boardwalk. We will rent this unit again when we return to San Diego. We highly recommend this beautiful home. Everything was great. The owners were wonderful and very helpful. The place was so well stocked. More than everything we needed. Great for a large family. Loved the patio and walking distance to so much. Can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend.

A perfect place to spend a week with 3 adult children and grandkids, 5, 8 and 10. Walking distance to the amusement park, easy drives to other venues. Hosts, Marta and Ben were very accommodating. House had everything we needed to make for a pleasant stay. Would suggest bringing binoculars to watch ocean activity!

You couldn't get any closer to the beach without being in the sand. The property has a huge picture window that looks out to the ocean. The property is a wonderful place for a large group. The property manager is friendly, accessible and responsive to any needs.

This property is in the perfect spot for a winter get away. Huge picture window looking out at the ocean. Beautiful sunsets every evening. Marta and Ben left us some very nice welcoming gifts. Overall the property is very clean, comfortable beds, no issues whatsoever. I would go back and stay for another trip anytime.Marta was always available if we had questions or concerns. The boardwalk is right out front. Very convenient to coffe shops and restaurants nearby. Many choices within walking distance.

House was very comfortable and had plenty of room — favorite activity was watching the ocean from the big living room window.House was close to parks, restaurants and shopping— always had an opportunity to do something without the need for a car.

We had four generations of family together for a week at this VRBO. Everyone was raving about how wonderful the place was: how big it was, how great the view was (we spent hours on the couch looking out the huge picture window), how comfortable everything was, and how perfectly it fit our family.

Plenty of room and privacy for everyone plus open space when all were together. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Fresh flowers and bottles of water on every nightstand were welcoming, and even bottles of wine. The location is spectacular!

Great location and the house was more than enough room for eight adults. Owners were hands on and house was well equipped. Would highly recommend this home which is right on the ocean. Great time.

We had a wonderful stay. Listing was as described. Hosts were great and responsive. Close to beach, shopping, and resturants. Hosts had so many additional items for our family to use. Bikes, beach toys, anything you can think of they pretty much had to use.
