Very well updated/maintained property. Walking distance to Jax Beach, some local coffee shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was well maintained and very inviting. We really appreciated the written communication that gave us details about the property. The location was perfect for us. The backyard unfortunately was not as pictured on the website and the area that once was grass was in very rough shape. Not quite sure why the landscaper came each week. The first time they came they literally were at the property for 10 minutes and the second time they came they were at the property 20 minutes. Both times all they did was blow leaves around. They never cut the grass in the front yard and they never collected the leaves or debri in the backyard or out front.

The place was great! Clean, comfortable, and the perfect location! We couldn't have been happier with the place! Our dog loved it, too!

This property was in such a great location- close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Very clean and quiet neighborhood. Loved the backyard - spent so much time out there. Would definitely stay again.

The home was even better than expected! Beautiful inside with a lovely outdoor area, in addition the hosts provided beach chairs, sand castle builders and boogies boards that could be easily hauled to the shore in their wagon just a short walk away. Everything you would need to enjoy your time at the beach. Highly recommend!!

Very comfortable spacious one level home. Everything was clean and neat. The neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance to the beach, local restaurants and groceries. Jenny was our home manager. She responded quickly to each email sent. We had a great stay. If we could’ve booked another night, we would have.

Property is downstairs only, could hear upstairs tenants coming and going during entire stay. Primary bedroom under upstairs tenants and could hear them walking around during bedtime. Sleeping arrangements differed from what was communicated/offered. Stains on window treatments, rugs, and seating. Property did not smell freshly cleaned but was not necessarily dirty. Location is fairly prime for being close to the beach and restaurants/bars.

The house was adorable. It had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable and the outside gazebo was relaxing! Very clean!!!
