Stayed Jun 13, 2025Beach Dreams at Barrier Dunes was a great place to stay! With a family of 5 it was the perfect family friendly location with a very short walk to the beach, pool and just a few miles from the state park. Robert, the owner, is great and was always available by text for any needs. If you are planning a trip to CSB, this place should be high on your list!

Stayed Jul 9, 2023We had a great time on our quick beach getaway. The walk to the beach and pools was easy, and the condo was clean. The kitchen could be stocked a little better- we cooked our meals there, and the sleeper sofa mattress was not as comfy as my teen would have liked. Robert’s communication was clear, and he responded quickly to my questions. Overall, it was a great stay!!

Stayed Jun 10, 2023We had a wonderful stay. The property was as described and our only disappointment was a bit of lacking in kitchen ware. We were especially pleased with the property owner as I erroneously only reserved for 1 adult and there we’re actually 4 adults and two children. He graciously allowed us to increase our guests without an additional charge. He responded quickly when we had a question after arriving. We will definitely remember Robert at our next visit to the Cape.
