'Beach Dreams’ is a lovely five bedroom, three bathroom beach house located in the quiet, gated community of Sunrise Beach. This spacious home comfortably sleeps 14, with one king, two queens, three twins, two twin bunks, and a queen sofa sleeper. Tastefully decorated, this beautiful beach home has already become a family favorite.

The first floor offers a lovely main living area and dining area with easy access to the side porch and pool. Additionally onthis level are the kitchen, laundry room and a bedroom with three twin beds and full bathroom, with access to the side porch and pool area as well. The master bedroom suite with king bed on the second floor offers views of the waves rolling ashore from its wrap-around porch. Also on the same floor are two additional bedrooms with queen beds in each and a shared bath. The third floor offers an observation room with a twin/full bunk bed and TV.

Relax by the private pool (approximately 17 'x 11') that can be heated at a cost of $50/day during the off-season. The pool is conveniently located just off living/dining area. This great beach house is only about 30 yards to the private beach access and just minutes from numerous dining and shopping amenities. Once you arrive on the shore, enjoy 2 complimentary beach setups (4 chairs / 2 umbrellas) provided seasonally.

*Beach service is typically available March–October. If not provided complimentary, beach service must be purchased to use the private beach. Tents and canopies are not allowed. Personal chairs are permitted only with an umbrella rental.
