Beach Daze New 5BR, 4BA, 16 guest, Game Room.

Rooms were clean and the house was close to shopping.

The house is nice, needs a little TLC but not bad. The owner/host needs to be more engaged. My first notification was about the rules and to not unplug the broken game in the game room. Also telling me to bring a propane tank if I wanted to grill. The low battery notifications kept coming on. I let the owner know but no response.

It was a nice property close to the pool and beach.

Home was a perfect size for our family and we loved being so close to the community pool! We had a great time!

Overall great location. The pool and hot tub area was amazing. Kids had so much fun. The house fit us all and there was plenty of space. Plan on making our next trip here!

Poorly kept property. Dirty carpet. Towels looked like my rags at home. Toilet upstairs quit working 3 times and had a broken seat. Ironing board was broken and iron didn’t work. Most games upstairs didn’t work and all batteries were dead. I would not stay here again.Beds were comfortable. Shuttle service to the beach was great. Nice pool.

My family arrived excited for our beach vacation only to find one of the listed beds completely missing from the property. This was just the beginning of our awful stay.The entire unit was filthy - dirty dishes hidden in cabinets, grimy silverware we had to rewash, and actual BLACK MOLD growing on multiple walls. We spent our first vacation day mopping floors that clearly hadn't been cleaned before our arrival.The amenities were in shocking disrepair:- The grill was literally falling apart and completely unusable- The master bathroom's shower AND toilet didn't function at all- The third-floor toilet was also non-operational- Beach chairs were covered in rust- Promised wagons and umbrellas were broken beyond use- Three kitchen chairs collapsed when we sat on them- The refrigerator water dispenser had MOLD inside- The dryer door was brokenWhen we contacted the owners about these serious issues, they were extremely rude and dismissive. While they eventually sent a cleaner and offered a 400 credit, this hardly compensated for spending our vacation in such disgusting conditions with numerous unusable amenities.The only positive was the facility's pool area, which was well-maintained, but this was completely overshadowed by the property's many failures and the hosts' poor attitude.Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere. This property is nothing like its description and the owners clearly don’t care.

Family vacation, great location to beach and to the mall. Easy booking and check in process. Owner answered all questions. House could use a good cleaning, owner was very specific about not getting sand in the house and it had sand in it when we arrived. The bed on the 2nd floor was broke and we reported to owner and on the check out day he replied back stating he would let housekeeping know about the bed.

House it’s very nice and very convenient for shopping and getting to the beach overall the house it’s in great condition there is a couple things that need to be addressed the mattresses on the third floor are completely wore out , the cleanness of the house was not the best , there appears to be a roach problem since we got to see them abouT 3 times over our 5 day stay , other than that great place for a big family .

The house is perfect for all ages. We had 7 adults/teens and 6 children and it perfectly accommodated all of us! The property is walking distance to pool! Owner was so good at communication and super nice! The house was clean, spacious, and set up so nice! We will definitely stay again!!!

The house was as expected. Plenty of space and supplies as needed. The house was extremely nice and relaxing. Beds were comfortable. Would stay agin. The perfect getaway!

The details of the property were as stated in the vrbo app. The property manager was forthright and quite helpful. The check-in process was flawless, and the property was very clean! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Property is showing some wear and tear. Had to mop the kitchen and living room, dirty and sticky floors. Washer needs to be replaced, makes loud noice when spinning. NOT ENOUGH PARKING SPACE. We had five cars only three can park in front of house. Pool area has eight parking spots available! Always full. To far to walk to beach with my grandkids. Was told there was a trolly to the beach. Asked the owner where to catch trolly and got no response. Asked several people in the complex and they were not aware of any trolly.
