Beach Days & Fire Nights! Family 3BR Duplex Just Steps from the Sand!

Great location, easy walk to the beach, local restaurants, bars, coffee shops. Many balconies to choose from if you like the sun or the shade depending on the time of day. Nice walkable area a block off the main road for walking your dog. Would stay here again!

The property is beautiful and comfortable. The floor was slippery the first day and the host quickly offered to have the cleaning team mop to make it less slippery. We declined but as our stay went on the floor became less slippery. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was disorganized but clean. Within walking distance to Pier 33. Walmart was close. Even though the property is only 1 block off the main drag it was peaceful and quiet. I would stay again.

The house is awesome! Plenty of space and the short walk to the beautiful beach was amazing. We've stayed at houses ON the beach that had longer walks. Communication with owners was super easy. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Walmart a couple miles away for all the necessities. I was the tiniest bit concerned with the house being a duplex but it was never an issue in any way, shape, or form. There was never any noise transfer from the other side. The balconies were great for morning coffee and evening refreshments. We would definitely stay in this house again. Bring your favorite beach towels or buy some souvenir towels from the surf shop, the house just has bath/shower/kitchen towels.

We had so much fun! House was clean and offered a nice location… beach and concert at the wharf plus a clean and comfy stay- could not ask for a better quick vacay on way to Disney!

The house was super clean and the host is very responsive. Beds are comfy! Easy walk to the beach and so nice to have beach essentials provided. Chairs, wagon and beach toys! The only issue we had was running out of toilet paper and no dishwasher tablets- easy fix! Had the best time!

We came to town for my son’s soccer tournament and this place was perfect in every way! Super clean, great location! Quiet, Safe and plenty of space for all of us. Amazing communication from the hosts. If you’re looking for a great place to stay, this is it!

Great location a short walk from the beach. Lots of restaurants close. House was clean and comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen. Hosts responded quickly to any needs or questions we had. Lots of decks to sit out on and enjoy the day!

Beach Broke was an excellent place for my family of 6 to stay. The location is near the beach, the Hangout, restaurants, and more.

We have to bring our dog with us on any vacations due to severe separation anxiety! There is plenty of green space at this location and sits on a quiet street which makes for great walks after sunset. Only 1 block from beach access. I have walked further with some places being located right on the beach. Check in and out was a breeze. Very accommodating all the necessities you would need for your stay.

The unit was not clean. The floors and out door patio furniture were the worst.
