Beach Days and Sunny Rays Ahead

The home is well equipped (kitchen has everything, plenty of beach chairs, towels, toys and games) and has pretty ocean views. We loved having our dog with us. Everything was in great condition. A very short walk to the beach!

This home was perfect for our family. Walked to the beach, very easy access. The home had ample supply of beach chairs, towels and toys! We had a fantastic week!

We had a fantastic stay. Everything was clean and well equipped! Bedding was nice cotton. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all meals while we were there instead of going out. Plenty of large pots and pans, plates, cups and utensils. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch and looking out at the ocean and sunsets. Great access to the beach and plenty of beach equipment. The elevator was fantastic for getting groceries and luggage in and out. Also a plus for someone with knee replacement surgery on one knee and soon to have the other replaced.

Great location and house was totally stocked, with, kitchen, bath, beach and dog items. Karen was very responsive whenever I had questions.

The property was well maintained. We had a couple of hiccups, but Karen took care of everything quickly! Love how close we were to the beach. We definitely will come back!

The house was very clean and thoughtfully appointed. It had something for everyone, including children. The house was beautiful inside and out. It helped make our beach vacation one of the best yet.

We had such a great time and this truly felt like a home away from home. I wish I had taken them more seriously when they said to just bring clothes because they truly have this place decked out and provide everything you need. We had a great time and look forward to coming back.

They have all the amenities possible for a family with young children. Everything was thought of when stocking the house from baby gates to a thoroughly stocked kitchen. The elevator was a nice touch for a solo day unpacking and packing the truck. This place was a great stay for a vacation.

My friends and I had a perfect week. The house had a great location near and beach access with great views of the ocean. The house was clean and inviting. The elevator made loading and unloading a breeze. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Karen's place. The property was clean and furnished nicely. A bonus was the collection of beach gear for the youngsters. Getting to the beach was easy (just across the road). We'll look to stay again if we're here next year.

Wonderful repeat stay- host responsive and helpful

Host and house were fantastic. The house has everything and it's evident that the host goes above and beyond to ensure that you have everything you need for your stay. They provided linens, beach towels, beach chairs, body boards, board games, you name it the house had it. The only minuscule thing that was missing and this is solely a personal preference is a Keurig or Nespresso machine. That being said they did have a french press. I would recommend to the host to change out the kitchen faucet, it's one of the touches units which is confusing. If you don't know how to use it you will be waiting approx 10 seconds for it to reset before water comes out. Simplicity sometimes is best. Other than that the house is a win and we would book again in the future.

This is a wonderful property. It was spotless when we arrived. The host was so responsive before and during checkin. Great spaces for our three generations (10 of us). And the views and breezes from the deck over the ocean are amazing, and there is such easy access to the beach. It's a great home!

We love this house and hope to stay again next year. It’s spacious and nice that the master is upstairs away from everything. Love the layout. Perfect location from beach access and great views! We loved sitting out on the balcony every morning and night. House is stocked - paper towels, toilet paper, spices. Plenty of cookware and kitchen items. Owner very helpful and responsive!

I fell in love with it. The elevator was a must since we had someone with a disability. We had everything we needed, well stocked. Karen was a wonderful host. She made sure after the transfer of ownership we had everything right. Loved the few steps to the beach and the balconies. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect for 2 families or family with grandparents with 2 master suites. The beach access was close and easy to navigate with a ton of children items! The house was clean and the view of the ocean was ideal. The outdoor shower was nice and clean, only wish there was an easier way to navigate to it outside the house so not to track sand through the garage. The elevator was perfect for loading and unloading! The host was very quick and responsive to any questions. Would definitely stay here again!
