We truly enjoyed our stay at this property with our 3 pups! The property was very clean. There were extra supplies for the pups, coffee, snacks, etc. We felt at home away from home!

Our stay was great!! The house was cozy, very clean in a quiet area and a short drive to downtown Port St. Joe. It was so nice to be able to hop on the golf cart for maybe a 2 minute ride to the beach!! We would definitely stay here again!!

If you want to a relaxing time in Florida stay at the Manatees Rest cottage. It has beautiful decor and A very equipped place. It is very roomy and has nice bathrooms. Both yhe kitchen and bathrooms are well-equipped too. There is a complimentary golf cart to ride back to the beach. Port Saint Joe Beach is pristine too and accessible from the cabin. The pitzerproperties has there own shampoo, conditioner, body wash and dish washing soap. It is reasonably priced too. I will definitely stay in contact with pitzer properties.

Pitzer Properties provided everything we needed. Manatee Rest was just as photos show. Communication was great. We would be happy to return. We've stayed in two of Pitzer Properties. We would recommend staying with them.

We had a great visit. 4 adults and 3 dogs with plenty of room and an awesome fenced in yard and nice deck for cookouts. We thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit at night and the screened in porch everyday! My husband arranged with host to have a beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered that awaited us upon arrival. Golf cart was a plus for beach trips and cruising the hood. THANK YOU— we will be back! ??

Perfect place to stay to visit St Joe! Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked as we cooked a bit. Great location in a neighborhood and very close to the beach! Screened porch was used daily every morning! We hope to stay again soon. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay here. The house, was clean, decorated so cute and had everything we needed. Lots of special touches and the yard was just what we needed when traveling with our pups.

This property was perfect! It was our first beach trip since 2008 and we couldn't have had a better experience. The house is comfortable and clean. Our dog loved the fenced in yard!!!

We had a great time at the house - it was stocked with all you need to comfortably stay. The nightly golf cart rides were a plus to wind down the day with. Close enough to beaches and eating spots that everything is convenient!

Thank goodness I found Manatee Rest! My family has visited twice within a years time and always ready to go back as soon as we leave. The fenced yard in perfect for my little fur baby and the home is so clean and cozy and one level except for 2-3 steps to the door. We enjoyed the fire pit every evening. The golf cart took us to beach, dinner and general store. I don’t think we used the car but maybe once the entire week. It’s our home away from home. Having a pet friendly beach two blocks from the house is a dream. The home literally provides everything! All you need is clothes and snack because you want to eat at the shipwreck raw bar every meal! We can’t wait to return!
