The house was wonderful. It had everything you needed to be comfortable and enjoy your stay. We stayed here with 6 adults and 2 children. There was plenty of room for all of us. My husband and I had the upstairs which is pretty much a small apartment or mini suite with a kitchen and a soaker tub. The beds were comfortable. When we needed batteries for the thermostat, they responded within 15 minutes. Excellent communication. The fenced in yard was great for our dog. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again. 100% recommend!

We had a great time. Perfect setup for us, grandparents upstairs, and mom and grandkids downstairs. The upstairs has a nice little kitchen and ample space for the two of us, and downstairs has a lot of space, including three bedrooms and a full kitchen.

Bedrooms, family/game room along with the kitchen were nice....but the cookware was pretty dated (flat top grill had no grease trap). Barbeque was a Webber with no supplied briquettes. The dock pictures from the website were at least 10 yrs old. The current dock was not usable due to questionable wood structure, bird droppings weeds. Couldn't even use a fishing pole on the dock.

Our family had a great time at Ocean Shores and this property met our needs perfectly! The space was very comfortable for the variety of ages that we had in our group (56-83). It was well equipped with everything we needed and close to the beach!

We loved this house and everything that came with it. Perfect location, close to everything, and being on the canal was just a plus. The fenced in yard was great for the dog. We will stay here again.

The property was clean and there was plenty of parking. We appreciated that the downstairs shower was in a separate room from the toilet. A light on the sign for the house would be helpful for arriving after dark. Also instructions for working the fireplace downstairs would have also been useful. We plan to keep this location on our list for future visits to Ocean Shores.

Very spacious property, well stocked and inviting. We spent a long weekend at this property for christmas with my family. The only small critic is the comfort of the beds; they are regular spring mattresses and very low couches were hard for some to get out of. Otherwise we had an amazing stay!

This property appears to have been a seafood restaurant with much of the original decor still evident, which felt a little strange. The front yard is the old, paved parking lot. The backyard was nice, especially fronting on the canal. The bedrooms were a good size, and the upstairs suite was really great. It gave us plenty of room. We would probably not rent here again.

Friends and family must have given the 10/10 rating! First of all, driving in you notice the large amount of moss on the roof and the need for the house to be painted. It looks like it has not been maintained in a long time. There was no key in the lock box, but property mgmt responded quickly. When we entered, the smell of the house was anything but pleasant. Smells old and who knows what downstairs. They don't vacuum and clean behind the bedroom furniture or underneath. There were tons of cobwebs, found a lighter under the bed, army plastic soldier, and other random things. There were holes in the walls with cobwebs. they should definitely get someone who cleans. Sunflower shells on floor in main room. This was all great things to find on the floor with a one year old in the home. You cannot exit in an emergency from the bedroom located on the map downstairs, as the door is bolted shut. Upstairs was updated and smelled much better, but killed a few spiders. I would NOT recommend this house for the price!

Loved the spacious open concept! Extremely well equipped kitchen and game closet. Easy to walk to town or the beach, even easier to sit outside by the firepit watching the canal and listening to the frogs. Lots of comfy couches inside to hang out and chat, plenty of table room for eating and playing games. We slept 7 adults, ages 55-80, could have easily handled extra kids, everyone had plenty of space! 2 indoor fireplaces, soaker tub, very responsive host when I couldn't figure out how to turn the fireplace on ;). Beyond our expectations!
