In general a comfortable place. Kitchen was a bit small with little work space.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cottage is cute and was well-appointed for our week-long stay. Neighbors were super friendly. I think it could have been a little cleaner (we pulled a dresser in the living room away from the wall looking for an outlet to plug in a fan and it clearly hadn't been cleaned in quite some time). I also wish they had at least one queen size bed. I knew when we rented it that the full size beds might be a challenge and they were. For that reason alone I would rent something with larger beds next time. I would recommend this property to people who don't mind small beds (and bring extra pillows...not enough on hand)! Oh...and I had bought some muffins for breakfast and left them (unopened) on a high shelf in the kitchen and when I went to them by morning they were covered in ants (inside the box and out). I had seen the ant traps but thought on a high shelf they would be ok...I was wrong. All-in-all it was a good time, I would have just preferred some updates and a cleaner space.

Our only issue was that there needs to be air conditioning for the days it gets really warm. We had 4fans going but could not get it comfortable on a few of the really hot days.

The pictures provided were accurate to how the property looked. It could use an updated bathroom and some more fans due to lack of A/C. In addition, the blinds were a little shaky as well. Overall, a great stay.

Reviewer Comments: We loved this bungalow, it is extremely small but was perfect for what I need were there was always two sometimes three and once we had four there. It was close to everything, we did not know how to get to the beach in the instructions were not listed, we had to reach out to the rental agency a couple of times and then we had a very rough neighbor who told us that we could walk through his yard but it wasn’t really allowed even though the rental agency probably lied to us! We absolutely loved the area and took advantage of all the beaches and driving around to see all the sites walking around downtown Rockport and Gloucester. A beautiful area and a great location (except extremely loud main road-hard to hear when we sat on adorable screened in porch).

Best kitchen in a rented house in my recent experience- 5 stars for quality and thoughtful kitchenware / set up and sharpest knives ever (I usually bring my own but didn’t to haul them out this time). No dishwasher but that was fine for us. Everything was pristine, tidy and well kept. Lovey deck too. Slept 4 comfortably.
