The neighborhood is known for its relaxed atmosphere while still being a walk to restaurants, shops, grocers, bars, boardwalk, parks, and everything that makes Long Beach such a special place to spend your summer. 30+ day minimum is required in accordance with local regulations and max capacity is 3 guests and only approved occupants are permitted. This is a quiet residential home, and respect for neighbors is essential. If you are looking for a seamless, walkable live-at-the-beach summer experience, this is your opportunity to enjoy the West End at its best. Ring doorbell and security systems at exterior points and an owner-accessed smart thermostat are installed for security and efficiency—please do not tamper with these devices.

    We fell in love with Long Beach & this rental helped make that happen. Great location near town, walking/ bike path, & beach. Easy check in and communication for anything needed. Comfortable and cozy. We hope to rent again. Highly recommend. Thank you!

    This property is very comfortable and welcoming. It has lots of space and is very clean. The check in process and entry to the house-keypad- works great. Great neighborhood with lots o people out walking their dogs- even in cold weather. Walk to the Main Street including grocery store. Bonnie is a fantastic host who is so responsive, friendly, and professional in all interactions. I would definitely stay here again!

    This residence is so well planned from decor to home accessories,ie oven mitts, towels, pots, pans, etc. much consideration went into the beachy art choices, colors,different pillow types. Open floor plan, wood flooring, quiet dead end with update bathroom, kitchen. Lots of hot water. Has laundry. Residence is walkable to local eateries & beach. Door handles are levers which are great for seniors like me. Wall unit acs in all rooms. Plenty of light from windows etc. I had one problem near the end of my stay. Property manager, Bonnie Maloney, answered right away, sent out repairman and took care of the issue. My only downside is street parking, which I’m not really used to, but I managed after staying a month.

    This house is a perfect beach house. Living area is bright and airy and the front porch is ideal for late afternoon snacks and cocktail. The neighborhood is super friendly and it takes about 5 minutes to walk to the most gorgeous beach. The house is well equipped. We literally took the train from the city with a suitcase of clothes and everything we needed was there or nearby! Enjoy

    If your looking for a beach weekend with friends or a small family this is the place to be, West end Long Beach. The house is a great location and includes beach passes which is big right on the beach. The owner Bonnie was super awesome and the real estate agent Kim was wonderful. Only thing Was the price for the amenities, the price is high and the home needs to update a few things. A broken AC wall unit, a old fridge, and no grill. For the price one would expect more TLC on the extras that make the beach stay better. I mentioned this to Bonnie and she was understandable. Will stay here again once it gets upgraded.
