Beach Break - Family Accommodation with Ocean Views

We had a lovely stay and really appreciated how family-friendly this holiday house is. It’s a great option if you’re travelling with kids, with plenty of space and practical amenities that made the stay easy and comfortable. While some of the amenities are a little run down and could benefit from a refresh, everything we needed was there and functional. Overall, it was a relaxed, welcoming place to stay.

The place was good, though in need of some basic maintenance. BBQ was filthy and didn't work properly. Got caught up in a power blackout that lasted for ~24 hours, there was a torch with no batteries! Lucky we bought a camping lantern! Kids loved it adults not so much!

The view to the beach was fantastic. It is a pity that linen and towels were not provided as it meant extra luggage. But overall, a very comfortable stay.

Reviewer Comments: The main issue for us was the lack of an air conditioner upstairs and being elderly the stairs without a rail were difficult for my wife who has a hip problem.There was also an ant problem.House would be fine for a young family.

The property needs improvement. Outdated furniture with dirty covers. At least instant coffee or sugar should be in the house. Had to wash all our clothes because we had to sit down on dirty covers, felt gross. Paying over $700 for 2 nights and had to drive to the local IGA to buy a coffee, body wash, shampoo and conditioner was ridiculous. Also, No Wi-Fi, what century are we living. When we called the management team regarding the wifi we were told to tell our 12 year old daughter to lie about wifi as we should say “Due to 5G, the property had no wifi”.
