Ocean is a short trip down the street where there is biking, fishing, surfing and local sites, music on the boardwalk every night. 3 outstanding restaurants within a block, relax in the yard with lush gardens and a grass area to enjoy corn hole and cookouts and watch the neighbors go by. fill the beach wagon with chairs , umbrellas, and your towels and head to the sunshine.

Stayed Jun 7, 2026Had all we needed for a week stay for a graduation in the family. Comfortable beds! Well stocked kitchen. Was nice to have outside area to enjoy. Lots of beach accessories available for use was added touch.

Stayed Jun 4, 2026Home was very comfortable and a quick 15 minute walk to the beach. Outside garden was very nice with an outdoor seating area to enjoy the cool breezes. A couple good restaurants within walking distance. Area felt safe and quiet. Host had clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Would stay there again if we ever come back to Virginia Beach.

Stayed Jun 26, 2025This was a perfect get away for our group of 6. We had our 4 and 1 year old grandkids and their parents. The kids loved the ability to play in the yard. Carole was so helpful and a great hostess!

Stayed Jul 2, 2024Location is outstanding. All stuff needed was there. Extra 1/2 bath great. Couldnt watch regular TV, since all streaming, and have no subscriptions. Some surfaces sticky, but guess that cones with humidity so close to beach, and outside temp and humidty were very high. Fans in each room were nice. Would definitely use again.

Stayed May 31, 2024Location was great, short walk to the beach/boardwalk. Two restaurants within a five minute walk. Place was a bit dated but it worked for a weekend trip. Interesting “jack and Jill” bathroom with two toilets (with a door separating) and a shared shower. Thermostat was locked and without the fans on it got a little stuffy, but with the fans on it was just fine. Plenty of games inside and beach supplies as well.
