Be Shell-Fish Oceanfront, 6 Bedrooms, 4.5 Bathrooms

We had a wonderful week staying at your adorable beach house! Definitely will be back! It’s was the perfect size for our family with room to spare and right on the water making going to and from the beach a breeze! Already looking forward to next time!

loved absolutely everything... kitchen had everything needed and then some... beds all comfy... house is super cute and sparkling clean... just needs a little more seating in the tv area of the den... it was hard for 7 adults to lounge comfortably on the couch... but other than that... it's perfect! hope to be back soon!

The house and property was inviting, clean, and we'll maintained. The view, well was breathtaking! The beds were comfortable as was the seating in the living area. All who stayed said they would love to come again.

My two sisters and I brought our mom to Holden Beach to celebrate her 73rd birthday. It was very convenient to have a door code and not have to stop anywhere to get keys. There weren’t any problems that we had to call about but I’m sure if we did, we’d get it taken care of quickly. The house was SO SO clean and decorated beautifully! The furniture appeared new and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the cooking items we needed. The laundry room is outside attached to the porch. Sometimes these rooms are creepy and dark, but this one was bright and clean. The bathrooms were roomy and clean. The ocean front porch had a picnic table that was great for a picnic lunch and the rocking chairs were so enjoyable. I have been to Holden Beach many many times and I have stayed in many different houses. Be-Shellfish is one of my top favorites. We hated to leave! Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation.

We enjoyed our stay. few items house photos need to be updated as the house is teal/green Not Yellow- the rear slider was an inconvenience and would recommend a regular slider as when it rained and we needed to go out onto the deck the rain and wind came inside until the door continued to close. Only one person was able to shower at one time as the other would loose the hot water- if you able to sleep 8 and have 2 full baths need to both be able to shower. Beach is not recommended for young swimmers as the rip and waves made it hard to enjoy the water. We did find several nice shells, Charged to walk into the pier and was in very poor condition. Overall we had a nice time.

Great location and wonderful back deck with 3 rocking chairs overlooking the beach

This house is located within walking distance to the pier and a 5 minute drive to local restaurants and shops. The view from the living room is perfect. However, this house has some issues that would make me not recommend it. You would think a 4 bedroom house would have a big enough hot water tank for at least a few people to take a hot shower, but only the lucky first person will get a hot shower. Also, the bathtubs are grungy looking which isn't a deal breaker but the tubs do NOT drain. Be prepared to be standing in water past your ankles. It had everything you needed in the kitchen, but only just. It had a microwave but don't expect your frozen steamable vegetables to come out cooked. Small things like you can barely open the silverware drawer, the drier takes forever to dry even small loads, the automatic back door is not safe for little fingers, etc. The rental company is also HORRIBLE to deal with, and told us that if we check in even one minute prior to 4 o'clock we had to pay a rather hefty late fee. Even if the house was ready. So overall, good location, right on beach, had everything we needed but don't expect anything more. Oh and the house isn't yellow as pictured, it's turquoise.
