WE stayed here during the power outage storm in Jan 2026. Sandy and Cal are great hosts and did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. With flights cancelled 5 times they ensured we had a place, even though we were without power, there was a fireplace to keep us reasonably warm. there was emergency provisions they offered to us because no food delivery was available. Their neighbor even stopped by with food and gave us a ride to the airport. We made lasting friends this time. This was the 2nd time we stayed here and will stay here again.

This home of Hank and Minnie is so full of sacred vibes. His Country Music lives on. I shared this stay with my Brother and Sister In Law for their first trip to Nashville. We stayed 5 nights which was perfect to be able to truly enjoy every bit of the home. We made the best memories. Absolutely loved it and looking forward to returning.

We arrived several hours early. The property manager was very kind to allow us access. The weather was heavy rain every day and almost all day. As older adults with disabilities, the rear stairs presented a major challenge because of slippery mold. The front path had two inches of muddy silt on one step, which we had to clear a path through in the pouring rain using a broom. Rain water poured down under the door awnings, drenching us while trying to open the door locks. Not fun. The place needs some serious maintenance inside and out. Very spacious but very dark.

I was looking for a special place to celebrate my father's 80th birthday and this property did not disappoint. Dad was transported back to the time when his parents would dance to Hank Snow tunes. Sadly, the manager never responded to our request to tour the studio, but I did play my guitar in the den in thevemings and absorb all the great musical energy.

My son and I stayed here for the Net24 Insurance conference. It was very comfortable, homey and quiet. Loved the spirit of the house, and spent a lot of time contemplating the life and values of the famous man who lived a simple life on a regular street in a small town. The experience was heartwarming. We didn't have time to request the tour, but feel like we were enriched by the stay.

We were very pleased with the property. Everything was as it was stated. We found a new appreciation for Hank Snow. There was a problem getting into the twin bedroom. The door was very tightly sticking. This was resolved after contacting Sandy. The picture that is posted shows a front door. Entrance is from the back with a long tall stairway. This would not be handicap friendly and was a challenge for us. We enjoyed the Property and how close it was to everything we did. Great stay contacting Sandy.

It was an honor to be able to stay at Hank Snow’s Ranch. It was like stepping back in time. The property was very comfortable and we loved the decor. Just to stay here where he and his family once lived and had others over like Elvis, Willie Nelson, Porter Wagoner, etc., was awesome. There is so much history in this house to appreciate! The legacy of Hank Snow lives on! The property was close to everything; downtown Nashville, the Opry, and all the other touristy sights It was perfect for our week long stay. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Could reach the hosts when we had questions. We were also able to arrange the tour to see Hank’s office and studio. So much history and memorabilia there. We just loved how Terry told us even more history. We would definitely stay here again!! Now I need to buy me a book about Hank Snow and read it! Thank you for making this historic home accessible to the public and sharing it with us!

I did not know anything about Hank Snow before booking our stay. We loved learning all the history of this house and about Hank and his friends. The home was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, close enough to where we wanted to go. It was tastefully decorated with some of the original furniture and decorations. It has a large yard with outdoor seating so you can enjoy it. Next time we will ask for a personal tour to learn more about the home and Hank Snow. Thank you for a great stay!

Our group of four ladies celebrating a birthday really enjoyed our stay at Hank Snow’s Rainbow Ranch. The house was so spacious, and clean and filled with great memorabilia and history. Terry is a wealth of knowledge and a great story teller. All the beds were very comfortable. Owners were very quick and responsive to our questions. Highly recommend this property and would enjoy staying there again if in the area.
