Prescott Petit Chalet is the perfect home base to explore Prescott. The chalet is located in the heart of Downtown Prescott which features art galleries, boutiques and restaurants. The chalet features vaulted ceilings, a loft style bedroom, one bathroom and a fully stocked kitchen. The retro, cottage décor features the works of local artisans to reflect the playful style of Prescott. End your day gathering with friends in the open living space or dance the night away on Whiskey Row.>
Breathe in that delicious mountain air as you find solace in the winter snow or cool summer weather. Listen to the rustling of the pine trees as you relax on the lovely deck, Prescott offers year round activities including Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo in July, special events at Halloween, Veterans Day parade, Thanksgiving, Lighting of the Courthouse in early December, Christmas festivities, and The Whiskey Row Boot Drop for the New Years Eve Event. The summer Concert Series brings free events to the Courthouse Square. Bring your chairs or blanket, picnic basket and enjoy the music on the Courthouse Square. Numerous one-of-a-kind restaurants and coffee shops downtown offer culinary delights for everyone from carnivores to vegans and to those who are gluten free.

Prescott offers many hiking trails from light and easy to those for the more adventurous seeking a more rugged terrain. You may want to go see the Grand Canyon which is 2-1/2 hours away. Beautiful Sedona is 1 1/2 hours away, Jerome is 1 hour and Flagstaff 2 hours away. If you want to see some local animals then our very own Heritage Park Zoo is a short 25 minute drive. The Granite Dells park is a gorgeous picturesque adventure and to name a few others we have Goldwater lake, Willow Creek and Lynx Lake. So many wonderful places to experience and enjoy!

INSIDE THE HOME
Living room: A perfect gathering place to read or cozy up after a long day of sightseeing and exploring. This space offers a sofa, chairs and Smart Tv for streaming access. The pull-out sofa offers additional sleeping space.

Kitchen: For guests wanting to dine in, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, except the ingredients. Appliances include a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, gas oven/stove, toaster and blender.

Bathroom 1 : Located on the main level, this bathroom includes a walk-in shower with a single sink vanity. The bathroom is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blow dryer.

Bedroom 1: This loft-style bedroom is on the upstairs level. This bedroom features a queen sized bed, bedside tables, lamps and a dresser. The armoire offers hanging space for guests.

Laundry: The washer and dryer are located on the main level of the chalet. Supplies are available for guest use.

OUTSIDE
Prescott Petit Chalet features a patio on the front of the house. It includes retro outdoor furniture for guests to relax and enjoy the Arizona outdoor weather. There is a gas grill for guest use. The pergola offers outdoor lighting for additional ambiance. There is a patio table in the backyard with a dining table for four and a propane grill which is shared by both chalets.

The property has two chalets, which share the parking area. For larger parties, please inquire about the Prescott Deluxe Chalet.

BEFORE BOOKING please note that if your reservation requires a pet fee, this fee will NOT be shown at time of booking. The $115 pet fee will be charged and payable through Airbnb once you've made us aware of the pet. It’s the guest's responsibility to let us know within 48 hours of booking if there are any pets, service animals or additional guests that weren’t originally listed at the time of booking. Changes made to the reservation after 48 hours of time of booking are subject to a $35 change of reservation fee in addition to the pet fee and/or additional guest fee.

Rules and Policies
You must be at least 25 to rent. Only registered guests at the property, let us know if you are planning on having outside guests at any time during your stay.

PMI Northern Arizona is a Full Service Property Management company, we do have and require a Property/Region Specific Vacation Rental Agreement be signed separate from what is required by Airbnb. This contract will be sent after Airbnb confirms the booking with our office.

Pets or no pets: It’s the guest’s responsibility to make PMI Northern Arizona aware of a service animal or emotional support animal that will be staying at the property before check in. Once made aware, you will be sent an email of our policy on this matter. When we’ve confirmed your service or emotional support animal, you’re required to sign an Animal Addendum in addition to the standard contract.

Guests will be sent check-in instructions three days prior to arrival.

PMI Northern Arizona may be reached by phone 24/7, please call or text with any questions or concerns, the number may be found in the guest book.

    What really stood out was the host — they were very communicative and accommodating from start to finish. The home was clean, quiet, and incredibly relaxing, making it easy to unwind. The location was perfect too, within walking distance to Whiskey Row, which was a huge plus. Overall, a great stay and a place I’d happily return to.

    Here are the facts. You be the judge.When we pulled into the parking area, there was a slat from the property's fence in the driveway with the nails facing up. A screen for one of the windows had fallen off and lay in the garden.Entering the rental we were greeted with dead flowers on the dining table.The living room had leather recliners with the leather torn and peeling off.The refrigerator had not been cleaned and had debris in it.One of the refrigerator shelves was broken but left in place so what we placed on that shelf fell off.Some of the flatware, knives, and dishes were not clean.The showerhead leaked. There was no soap forthe shower, and the shower floor was dirty.The rugs were dirtyThe wooden floor had clumps of hair in the corners. The vacuum cleaner is dirty and clogged with hair.Some of the exterior paint has peeled off to the bare wood.The paint on interior walls needs touchup.Both front and rear wooden steps are sagging, loose, and worn.The outdoor grill is missing a knob so you need to use the pliers in the tool kit to control that burner. The cooking tools for the outdoor grill were lying on the ground around the grill and the outside of the grill is dirty.The grill cover is spattered with bird droppings and tree sap, as is the table nearby.I have photos.I should also mention that McCormick Street is a short cut for traffic heading north from Gurley to Sheldon. Very noisy.

    First and foremost, the customer service was great. The house is within walking distance of anything you would want to enjoy locally. We parked and didn’t get back in the truck until we left. We will absolutely stay here again.

    Loved the chalet and location. The stairs up and down to bedroom and to get to bathroom downstairs from bedroom was a bit hard on my knees but worth it.

    Cute little place. I wasn't't clear from the listing that the bedroom was a loft, but that may have been my miss? It was very clean and comfortable. I would suggest replacing the coffee pot with a pod style system. The coffee maker really did not work well.

    This is our second time staying at the “Petit Chalet”. We love the location, charming neighborhood, and the cute new eatery directly across the street that is open for breakfast and lunch. The home is comfortable, has all necessities, and is dog friendly. This will always be our first choice when visiting Prescott if available. Thank you.?

    If you’d like to be walkable to the downtown restaurants and bars, this is a great spot. There’s also a fantastic breakfast and lunch restaurant right across the street. The location is a little bit on the noisier end if you are looking for a mountain retreat. We had a quick two night trip for a local sports tournament and this location was perfect. its proximate to all Prescott has to offer.

    This house was perfect for my wife and I. Plenty of space for the two of us, and the front patio was perfect for relaxing outdoors. While we didn’t use the backyard space, it looked like a great spot to chill too. The location was fantastic to get to the downtown area for restaurants, coffee, shops, etc. the neighborhood was clean and there was very little traffic on the street. Will stay again if we can.
