• Supplies: We provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours. For longer stay groups, you will need to purchase additional supplies (TP, soap, dish detergent, trash bags, propane) for the duration of your stay.
• First Pet: Allowed for free.

    Host was great. Master shower didn’t. Work that great We could not use elevator. It was hard getting up the stairs with luggage to master on 3rd floor. But otherwise good.

    Beautiful townhouse 3 floors alot of room. So clean Everything you need in the kitchen to make you feel at home. Plenty of bath towels and even beach towels. The pool was ver clean and heated. We took our grandchildren who loved the bunk bed bedroom down stairs. Every room is very spacious its in walking distance to stores, restaurants and activities including mini golf across the street the house has to be sound proof because you never heard outside noises great vacation and one of my favorite houses I have rented

    The space was not as described. We had 7 adults. The condo is laid out on 3 different floors. Narrow spaces and lots of stairs to navigate. The 4th bedroom is in the back of the garage and does NOT have a bathroom. Anyone staying in that room must walk through the garbage, into the house, and up a flight of steps to use a bathroom.

    Allison was supposed to be my point of contact during my stay. Prior to arriving, I sent her multiple emails with questions about the area and things to do. I never received a response to my emails from her. Upon arriving, I was very happy that they were able to accommodate us by allowing me and my guests to check in early! The house was very clean and the views are beautiful! There were many things to do within walking distance. The beach was approximately a seven minute walk from the property. There is a mini golf place across the street and many restaurants that are within walking distance. There’s an elevator that guests cannot use, which was very annoying. Trying to take luggage up three flights of stairs was a pain! When you flush the toilet in one of the bathrooms, it smelt a little like sewage water. This is not at fault to the property management team, but there was a power outage during our stay. When it happened, we were not at the property. So when we returned and none of the lights would turn on, it was alarming. I called the number that was listed for emergencies to report what was happening and asked that the representative call back with an update. He never called back.We tried to find flashlights and candles to use but there weren’t any available. The air conditioning unit in the bedroom That is attached to the garage stopped working. Had to call maintenance again and it was fixed later that day. A few beach items were available but the canopy was broken.

    We traveled to the Clearwater area for a 4 day 3 night stay and found this property to be in an ideal location. Just a few minutes walk to the beach conveniently located near convenience store, restaurants and shops. Property had a pool and 2 nice outdoor areas. We loved this and would absolutely stay again!
