- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note that infants are considered part of the total guest count under HOA rules.
- Whidbey Island is home to a naval air base. On a few weekdays each month (and occasionally in the evening), you may hear loud flight training. The Navy does not conduct training on weekends or holidays and typically publishes the schedule one week in advance.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

    The host was wonderful, and we were thrilled to have several eagle visitors during our stay—such an amazing experience that the whole family enjoyed. The only minor issues were that the TV in the main bedroom wasn’t working, and we ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. It would have been helpful to know ahead of time that there weren’t extra supplies stocked so we could have planned accordingly.Overall, we truly loved our stay and would happily return!

    We gathered for a reunion of cousins. 4 couples visiting a relative on the island. The bedrooms were great for each of us. The kitchen was set up perfectly for our large group and the awesome meals we made at 'home' for the family. We enjoyed the views in the evening and picking berries. Thank you for a beautiful, clean home in a perfect setting to spend time with family.

    Perfect location for family of eight. Super bucolic setting, very good on amenities, and everything in working condition. Good value for summertime vacationing. Very low stress, high on enjoyment. Rental company quick to respond on two minor issues upon arrival.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice home and worked for the two nights we were staying. There would be a few changes I would consider to make it a bit more user friendly. Lighting and nightstands for the sides of the beds.Armoire or hanging options for the bedrooms...nowhere to hang your clothes! Moving the huge piece of exercise equipment out of one of the bedrooms and into another space makes more sense. Ended up using it to hang clothes on! On a positive note, the kitchen was very nice as well as the dining/sitting area!

    Whidbey offers many beautiful hikes, and great places to swim and bike. This property is beautiful both inside and out (lovely view of the Olympic Mountains and Useless Bay) and a herd of cows to keep you company.

    We loved our stay at this property. I booked this house for a birthday getaway for my husband, and hosted a group of friends and family. The house is lovely, clean and well equipped. The kitchen is big with double sinks, 2 stovetops and 2 dishwashers - paired with the large farmhouse dining table it was an ideal setting for some lovely group meals. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of space for a large group. We also enjoyed the outdoor space - the deck overlooks useless bay and is a great place to watch sunset. The house also had lots of camping chairs and a firepit- which is a great place to sit and talk after dark. The location was ideal for us - 10 minute drive from the Clinton ferry terminal, 10 minute drive from Langley and just 2-3 minutes from a large grocery store. At the end of a long wooded driveway, the house itself feel very removed from any hustle and bustle, even though it’s so close to stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!
