Bayview Bungalow in South Rockport

The view was amazing and the house was the perfect size for my family of five!

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay in this wonderful home. So many lovely touches inside and outside too. The home and yard was well taken care of, clean, comfortable and in a very convenient location for shopping, fishing and more. We appreciated the host being so welcoming thoughtful and available to answer questions. I would recommend staying here when visiting Rockport.

This is a lovely house. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Grill worked perfectly. Showers are fantastic - pressure and temperature. Stairs and under house porch are well lit at night - very important as i had a visually impaired family member with me. Table and island are big and ideal for family meals. Sofas and beds are super comfy. Extra floor fans in every room make for refreshing sleep. Only thing to consider (not a deal breaker by any means) is the third bedroom with the bunk twin beds is very small and narrow. There's a mounted fan in the room but it was still a bit stuffy for my adult nephew. It's better suited for children than adults. Other than that it's a great place. Location is convenient. Short drive to Rockport Beach and a few mins distance if you want to just walk along the rocky edge of the water. Communication with prop mgr was outstanding. We had an issue with some yellow jackets and Alicia was on site within 15 mins to take care of them. She inspected every chair and plank outside to make sure they were all taken care of. Highly recommend this place.

Our family stayed here for my son's 21st birthday and we all did a charter fishing trip out of the Conn Brown Harbor to celebrate. The home was beautifully appointed and it felt like home away from home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the patio was breezy and had plenty of outdoor seating. We didn't make use of the kayaks but loved that it was an option for the taking. Communication with Rick and Kathy was great and we had a fantastic family getaway. Thank you guys! The Liddell Family

Cute, quiet beach house. Great neighborhood close to water. Rockport was great! Home had basic dishes required for cooking. No food items are allowed to be left so be sure to bring anything you need!! Master shower was exquisite!! Simple access to home

Easy to instructions to follow, great property adorable little town.

This was our fourth time to stay at this property. We love the location, close to the water and restaurants. Big table for games and puzzles. Always clean. Lots of outside seating. Love the new lights on the stairs.

Great property! This was our second times staying here and it was just as nice and comfortable as it was a year ago.

We enjoyed our stay at the Bayview Bungalow. The house had everything we needed for our extended family weekend getaway. We enjoyed the bay views and the jetty that was easily within walking distance, as well as the cute little shops nearby. The kitchen was well stocked and had all we needed to prepare a couple of meals during our stay. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this home in Rockport. Very clean, easily held 6. We watched fireworks from the back porch! Would def recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Rockport.

Second time staying here. Both times it was fantastic. Definitely our family’s go to place in Rockport. Super clean, well stocked kitchen and a beautiful home!
