Stayed Dec 20, 2024We usually stay in Estes or City by the Sea. This was our first time staying in this area. House was great. We were there during a down time and basically had the place to ourselves.

Stayed May 22, 2023Our stay was good. The neighborhood was quiet and maintained well. The home is cute and cozy. The covered porch was lovely. We sat outside and enjoyed the cool breeze while watching the local family of ducks, and listening to the birds. There were two things that were a little disappointing, The master bedroom bed is a queen that has severe slumps in the mattress. I would recommend replacing it with a king-size bed. The other was the cleaning, the shower had clumps of hair on the drain, and both trash cans were full and smelt horrible. We put both cans out for pick up when we left Thursday morning as a courtesy to the next guest. Overall the trip was good, with a few things that are easily fixable. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

Stayed Apr 7, 2023Nice property, close to the water for fish and crab fishing. Fenced all around, in very nice neighborhood. Enjoyable second floor patio. Just a 2 suggestions for coming guests, flies are pretty annoying inside and outside, and cleaning crew needs to watch out where bleach is used for cleaning since we got clothes bleached in areas that were in contact with patio furniture.

Stayed Jun 26, 2022We had a wonderful stay at this home! We enjoyed the layout, outdoor space and canal/water access. We always bring our own kayaks. It was so easy to just drop them in the water and paddle away. I have to say that the neighbors near this home are the most friendly that I have experienced while using VRBO. I have ZERO criticism for this property. We had a wonderful stay! Don’t hesitate to reserve this property!

Stayed Jun 3, 2022We only stayed 1 night and left early. The minute we got out of the car we were attacked by .osquitos. the lights on the deck were out. A few worked. Not the house I expected.

Stayed May 20, 2022Perfect house for a weekend getaway! It was exactly as listed! Very clean and had everything we needed. Easy checkin and checkout. Property management is very easy to reach, if needed.
