FREE Delivery and Pickup
All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website. For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation.
Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens.
Bayside Amenities Passes
The Bayside Amenities Pass is a separate additionoal fee from your reservation.
Children 4 years old and under that are accompanied by an adult with a valid pass will be admitted to the amenities at no charge.

"Welcome to the Bayside Resort Community" Email
You will receive a "Welcome to the Bayside Resort Community" Email 18 Days prior to your Arrival Date. The email will contain a wealth of information about your vacation home and the Bayside Resort Community. Included in the email will be instructions on how to order your Bayside Amenities Passes. Please let us know if you have any questions once you receive the email.
Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest. However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.
Outdoor Monitoring
The home may have an outdoor and/or garage security camera and/or video doorbell installed outside of the living space. These monitoring devices are for security purposes only.
Lease Agreement
Please be advised that by completing a reservation with Bethany Beach Home Rentals you are agreeing to all of the Terms and Conditions in the Lease. Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy can also be found on our Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.
Covid-19 Cleaning and Sanitizing Procedures
We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. At Bethany Beach Home Rentals your safety is a top priority. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes.
We are the exclusive agents for this home. We can answer any questions you have, either by phone or by email, and we can put together a rental reservation to lock the home for you for the dates that you are requesting.

Overall the property was as advertised. The size and location were perfect for our family of 6 plus an infant. A couple of things to note - the first floor master and queen bedrooms - little to no airflow (Queen bedroom does not have a ceiling fan)- if you're a warm sleeper and need a cool room - go upstairs. The AC on the upper floor was great and in the main living space it was great - The master bed and queen bed (1st floor) are FIRM. No hairdryer - take your own or plan to buy one. We experienced (master bedroom - first floor) electrical issues (and reported them) the ceiling fan light would randomly come on day / night - all hours all week. The smoke detectors outside the first floor master sounded off as if there was a fire - not just in need of battery change. While there were some issues overall we would rent this home again.
The house was great and Bayside is one of our favorite local areas to stay in. So many amenities. We were disappointed that the grill had to be rolled out onto the driveway (wasn't a part of the backyard setup) which made it very inconvenient for our plan to grill a lot of nights for meals. The other house we stayed at in this development years ago had a grill permanently set on pavers in the back yard off the deck which was what we expected. Also the floors were dirty from the second we arrived. We were surprised and ended up cleaning them when we arrived (and numerous times during our stay). Otherwise the house is really nice, comfortable and a great place to stay!
My only complaint is that most houses keep bikes in their garage this house had none, other than that the house was perfect.
This house was perfect for us. It was comfortable and so immaculately clean. It was just as described and the property manager was so accommodating to our every need. If your family plans to cook a few meals, this kitchen was equipped from top to bottom. We loved having breakfast on the screened in porch and evening walks in the community were perfect. The neighborhood is very quiet. The closest grocery store is within a 3 minute drive and the community had a McDonald’s, CVS and a smoothie shop very close by gif your convenience. All in all, my family has decided that we make this our annual local family getaway. Great job!
