Mallard Lakes Waterfront Beach Condo in Fenwick Island with Two Pools

Very convenient to beach and loved the complex. My 3 yo grandson loved the pool and playgrounds. The items left in shed to borrow were greatly appreciated. Biggest issue was keypad sensitivity and at times challenge to log in. Also noted fan in freezer very loud. Back porch was perfect for early morning bird watching. Thanks

Very clean and well-appointed. Beautiful view of the marsh and its wildlife from the screened-in porch. Nearby restaurants are great, especially FINS and The Lobster Shanty. Looking forward to next year!

The property was beautiful and peaceful. The property owners are wonderful to work with. Over all it was an amazing vacation spot.

The ice maker was broken in the refrigerator, so it made a very loud noise often. Overall, the place didn't seem clean and it was very crowded in the bunkbed room.

This is a beautiful condo, with a tranquil view, plenty of space and amenities (pool/tennis/basketball). It’s in a perfect location, and very close to Bethany and Ocean City. We had a few minor issues, but overall it is a great condo! Note to renters: You are required to bring your own bath towels, wash cloths and sheets/pillow cases for the beds. Also, the bedspreads and kitchen hand towels are provided. The condo is very clean and nicely decorated.

House was beautifully decorated and was very clean. Would highly recommend.

I love the location, the setup inside with plenty of storage, room to sit, hooks to hold things. Could not be more happy!

In the area for our grandson’s soccer tournament. The house at Mallard Lakes was in a perfect location for this event. The house was very comfortable and clean. We were very busy but carved out some time to sit on the back porch and enjoy the wildlife on the lakes. Great stay!

Came in Friday early evening. Very nice place. We weren’t there much, but it absolutely provided what we needed! We enjoyed coffee on the back patio each morning!

We had a beautiful 4 day stay at this super clean, beautifully redecorated condo. It’s 15 min to Bethany Beach, and 3 min from fenwick which was magical. Great restaurants near by. Food lion, Walgreens and a farmers market up the street. Neighborhood was safe, quiet and the condo is on a beautiful lake. Thank you again!

Mallard Lakes was a great place to stay for our family beach trip. Short drive to the beaches and very clean! We will be back!
