Every inch of our home in Swann Cove is designed to make luxury accessible to you and your loved ones. As seasoned travelers and customers many times over we have taken time for the details to make you not only feel at home but truly on vacation. The modern coastal custom home design and decor will make your getaway feel fresh, comfortable and easy.

We are obsessed with cleanliness. From white towels and sheets that are bleach sanitized between every guest, to professional cleaning of the house, hard surface floors and readily available disinfecting products.

The home is fully outfitted as an electronic smart home, with Roku streaming TVs in every bedroom, a full work station, home security monitoring system and device charging stations.

Don’t worry about packing toys, beach equipment or games. Our family focused home comes filled with all you need to make for at home and at the beach entertainment. We have all you need for baby care as well: high chair, toddler bed, pack and play, kids plates/bowls/spoons/cups and diaper changing pad. In the kids room closet there are plenty of toys, activity books and even a play tent and tunnel. The garage is packed with beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, umbrellas, even plenty of sunblock and bug spray. In addition to the kid friendly bedroom there is also a loft equipped with two day beds, a curtain to close off the loft for privacy that serves as an additional bedroom with 4 twin beds, a 50 inch Roku TV and large dresser.

All three of our bathrooms come with natural shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, plenty of toilet paper and extra cleaning supplies. The primary bath also provides bath salts and bath bombs to create a spa like experience we all love while on vacation.

In the fully equipped kitchen we welcome you to all items in the pantry and freezer. We also encourage use of our stock of spices, glassware and bar cart to make for a wonderful home cooked meal. The dining table comfortably seats 12 adults plus there is an additional table in the sun room for game playing or to seat four more. The kitchen island bar also seats another four.

When on vacation everyone wants to enjoy the outdoors. Our screened in porch is set up as an outdoor living room making it a great place to relax while being protected from pesky mosquitos.

Our home is not only dog friendly, it is dog loving!! We also provide a large dog crate, dog bed, dog bowls, pooper scooper and trash can. The agreement and rules for pets are included in the rental agreement, please read that over in detail. Pet rent is $25/night per pet. Payment must be made within a week of this email and can be made via paypal, venmo or zelle. In addition to the pet rent is a deposit of $150 per pet (returned after check out and verification of no damage). Please provide proof of vaccinations from your veterinarian prior to check in.


If you’re not already excited, there’s more! Not only is Swann Cove the closest neighborhood in Selbyville to the beach and Coastal Highway (only a five minute drive) it is also jam packed with amenities! Two community pools, a club house with a gym, great walking and biking neighborhood, canals with docks and easy kayaking and paddle boarding access. The house is on a cul-de-sac and a less than two block walk to Food Lion and Walgreens.

    It was conveniently located to the wedding venue at Bayside Golf Resort. It was a great set up for what we needed. Close to Finwick Island and Bethany. We loved having a pet friendly house.

    The house is GREAT! We were impressed with how the owners provided so many amenties -they thought of every last detail. Kristin was very helpful and easy to reach. The house is perfect for a family and our dog loved it too! Super market and Walgreens are at the entrance and Dunkin around the corner( plus many other stores across the way). Very convenient location. Very Clean!
