Stayed Jan 1, 2025The location is excelent. You have great nightly sunsets with a beautiful view. The owner is very responsive and helpful with instruction.The overall place lacks any comfortable place to sit and relax inside or out. The ony living room furniture is an old couch in a house that sleeps 6-8 people. There are no chairs except for some wooden Kitchen chairs. Outside has nice wicker furniture but no coushions. It is not usable.Overall for the place being only 5 years old it seems run down.

Stayed Mar 1, 2022Wonderful location, right on the bay with canal on one side. perfect for watching sunsets. very friendly neighborhood. Only complaint, it needed more towels and washcloths. Also needs a comfortable chair in living area so that more than 2 can watch TV or socialize.

Stayed Feb 1, 2022Anthony's house is great - clean, well appointed kitchen, great location for sunsets and launching kayaks, quiet neighborhood full of friendly people. to upper balconies could use some shade as the late afternoon sun is brutal. But overall my family and I loved this property.
