Stayed May 13, 2026The house was very nice and very close to the house next door which was perfect for the 2 families staying. Right in the water beautiful view, we hung out in the yard on the furniture and there is a fire pit. Easy to get to downtown and beach. Updated and modern, just floor weren’t clean out socks were dirty from walking on the floor (that is the only complaint) I would rent it again !

Stayed Mar 15, 2026The front door lock was only a knob and most of the windows didn't have blinds or curtains. Not great. A beautiful view though!

Stayed Aug 18, 2025Gorgeous and peaceful views in a quiet neighborhood very close to North Beach—we hope to be back! Easy to check in and communicate with owner. Very spacious, comfortable, and clean. Bring some beach chairs or a blanket to sit out by the Bay and enjoy the sounds of the waves and the fresh air. The kitchen could have been a little better equipped if you're the type to cook at home, but mostly had everything we needed. We had a walking baby and a crawling baby with us and it felt very safe except for a little step down to one of the bedrooms, so if you're concerned about that maybe bring a baby gate. Otherwise we were able to keep doors shut and that was enough.

Stayed Aug 11, 2025House was okay. View of course if divine but very limited outdoor furniture (some with moldy cushions). Kitchen mostly well equipped but no serving dishes at all. No shampoo or soap provided in showers at all and a single roll of toilet paper!!! Seriously?? For this price, not a good value.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025Sunrise on the water has the best view. For relaxation. My family and I were there for the july 4th. Celebration.and it was amazing. The people are so friendly. We will be back again.

Stayed Nov 27, 2024We enjoyed our thanksgiving at this house. This was our first year without 2 important loved ones and we wanted a quick getaway. Being at the beach was a perfect distraction. The place was roomy and clean. The scenery was mind blowing. Thank you sharing your space with my family.

Stayed Oct 16, 2024We came to celebrate my birthday and go to the Bull and Oyster Roast. My late father in law lived a few blocks down and this was an annual tradition. It was such a treat to be so close! Enjoyed the beautiful sunrises and sunsets!

Stayed Sep 6, 2024Everything about the property is clean, updated, and well appointed. The location is a bit further from town, but it’s worth it watching the eagle and osprey hunt fish in the backyard! The house is close to neighbors, and they’re all friendly and very nice. I’d stay again. Thank you.
