Yes. Host was very timely in his responses.The location of the property on the water was so beautiful. Being this time of year at the beach, it was so very quiet and relaxing. We prepared our Thanksgiving dinner as we would have at home and it was a wonderful day.We loved that the property was in walking distance to restaurants and bars which was very nice. The property was very clean, bright and welcoming. The decor was beautiful.

Second time staying for our wedding anniversary and it was fantastic yet again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property and view of the marina for my family and me. I've stayed here before with my husband and both stays were refreshing. The place was clean, spacious, and full of natural light. The host is very responsive and checkin is clear and easy. We did have to run out to replenish a few amenities for the 4 of us, but it was easy to find everything we needed. The beach was beautiful and just a walk across the street.

Great location, beautiful and comfortable place. A little bit of noise from the bar next door, but it could not be heard in the bedrooms.

Lòvely place in a nice location! Would absolutely stay again! It is a lot of steps and I would say if you plan on cooking bring stuff to do so.

Overall, we loved our stay! Great location close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. This is a third floor unit with no storage at ground level.

Nice place to stay in Dewey, our family of older teens enjoyed being right at the marina and still close to the beach. Next time we will bring our boat since it seemed so convenient to keep it right there at the condo.

The apartment was overall nice- the spaces were larger than they appeared in pictures, and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. The property has obviously been newly updated, though some of the furniture and fixtures are a lower quality (not unusual in a temporary rental).The location is SUPER convenient to the beach, but on weekend nights during busy season, it’s also very loud. We could hear music and partiers, so expect that. It was fine with teenagers, but I imagine it would not be ideal for younger kids with early bedtimes. The property also did not have some basic things I would expect at a rental: no wine glasses or corkscrew, hair dryer, or broom and dustpan. We had to buy our own trash bags, hand soap, and dishwasher detergent too.

The place was very comfortable and had plenty of room for all of us. The deck was the real gem, we spent so much time out there!

Great Condo within walking distance to Dewey beaches, restaurants, and bars. Walking distance to Rehobeth and Bethany Beach Trolly. Great deck overlooking the bay and a sunset view. Owner was very responsive and helpful!!!!

We had a great time! This condo was even nicer in person! Check in was easy! Host Donnie messaged asking if we needed anything during our stay! Nice big deck to watch the bay and close to beach and lots of food options. We were in Apt D so up a few flights of steps so maybe tough if anyone has trouble with steps. Bring along paper towels, toilet paper, and soap for dishes. 10/10 ! Hope to stay again

This place is bright and has a beautiful view of the bay. I think We’ve found a “go-to” place. Everything is within walking distance, too.

Beautiful view, spacious, pristine, and nicely decorated property. We stayed mid November so it was very quiet, which suited us nicely. Fyi, Parking is very close to the marina waters which tended to rise some mornings, but it never fully blocked us in.

Great property just off the Main Street. It’s close enough to walk everywhere, but feels secluded and tucked away. Everything feels new and clean open.

Beautiful views all day long, wonderful waking up with a coffee over looking the bay and even better ending the day watching the sunset with an adult beverage. The place was fantastic and my wife and I loved it, thank you so much!

Great pet friendly place. Close to everything. Spacious. Bright. As others have noted, sometimes you can hear the folks in the downstairs unit. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at Dewey beach with all the grand kids, walking distance to beach and restaurants, short drive to Rehoboth beach! I love the pet friendly town. Owner responded immediately to all questions as we settled in to the rental. Only suggestion is to let renters know its on the 3rd floor and have to take steps and would suggest adding instructions on how to use TV and appliances in the rental instructions.

This was our second time staying at this property. We absolutely love it. It is a nice convenient location and the property is clean and cozy!

We loved the closeness to the beach the marina and local food restaurants.Would love to stay here for a longer time so much to do here.

We had a great family vacation in this lovely spacious home. We parked our car and walked anywhere we needed to go. We all enjoyed the porch overlooking the marina, including our dog. We had a few glitches when we first arrived but the property manager responded and everything was handled appropriately and immediately.We will definitely consider returning again next season.
