Bayfront dog-friendly retreat w/ private, seasonal pool, decks, game rooms & AC

The property was great for our small family trip. The children (and adults) enjoyed all the different game rooms! The pool was great and offered relaxing sunset evenings.

Sandbridge delightThe house was very spacious and welcoming. The neighborhood was quiet and the people were friendly. The main gathering room was wonderful for family dinners and night time board games. The pool room and game room offered extra fun. The kitchen was fully equipped. The bedrooms were nicely furnished and the beds were comfortable. Our family enjoyed sitting on the deck to watch the sunset. The pool was a favorite for nighttime swims and the bay view was beautiful and calming. We had a sunny week with low humidity. The walk to the beach was great exercise and took about 15 minutes. It was easily navigated with a small cart. The beach was clean and not overly crowded. Lots of tv's for different viewing tastes. So nice to have a private laundry room. We vacationed with our 3 adult sons, their spouses and our 11 year old granddaughter. It is a bay view beauty for sure! The only negative was the pesky noseium bugs. Use bug spray cause they do bite! We hope to return next year. Vacasa is a wonderful host. Thank you to the owners for providing such a nice vacation home.

The property location is great! The number of rooms, and the extra spaces outside of the main home was also very convenient. The amenities of the house are satisfactory. We enjoyed our stay, and I recommend the property and Vacasa management to others.

This vacation home was big enough for you bring your family and have space too. The vacation home was in a perfect spot, near the water and a few inches away from the beach. Very quiet and peaceful. Big living room and kitchen with enough space to eat dinner with your big family. Three bathrooms and beds felt cozy. There was also extra rooms like the pool table, bar room. And the cottage underneath the house. Lots of room to do what you like. I would come back to this area again.

Perfect place to hang out with friends - very comfortable areas for all of us to sit, eat and relax. Really enjoyed the pool, fishing in back and all of the game tables.

The rooms, amenities, pool, the view, games, fishing, kayak-launch and location all made this the best of the five Sandbridge rentals we have used for our family vacations over the years.

Good house in a great location. Quiet block, on the canal, great for water activities. Very nice pool as well. House and decks are in need of a deep clean/ power wash/paint job.

The general layout of the house was tough with young kids- the secondary part of the house had a pull out and bathroom but was not connected to the bar area above it (also with a pull out) - with young kids, no one could really make good use of that sleeping space. The house itself is also mostly outdated and very buggy, although a bug company did come to spray while we were there. The view was spectacular and the area was generally quiet

We enjoyed the amount of bedrooms and living spaces. The separate living space for the pool table allowed kids to sleep and adults to keep having fun! There were some ants in the kitchen and the master would of been nice if it had a king but but overall we enjoyed our stay
