Bay View Contemporary Home /4BR_4BA - Isles Of Capri & Marco Island area.

A beautiful home with a responsive host. Loved watching the boat traffic from the pool and the front porch. The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools and appliances needed to cook our large family meals and plenty of space to enjoy them. Nights we would sit around the fire pit on the patio enjoying the views.

The house, property, and area were beautiful. The layout was perfect for 4 adults and 2 teens. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, fire pit and front and back deck. Great support from the host too!

This was one of the best homes my family and I have rented. The home was beautiful, the pool was nice and warm and the location was perfect. The kitchen was big and fully stocked. We liked the private living quarters in the lower level. Perfect for my daughter and her family to have their own space. We would love to go back. I highly recommend it.

Seven adults and one infant. Plenty of room for everyone and we never wanted to leave the house. The house was generously equipped and there was plenty of space whether we all wanted to be together or spread out. The host was responsive and very easy to communicate with

Awesome house off the beaten path in Marco island - truly felt tucked away from everything but able to get everywhere on Marco island in 15 mins, Naples in less than 30, and plenty of local restaurants 5 mins away….. property is well maintained and felt much bigger than pictured! Awesome!

The home was exactly as described and photographed and was 100% ready for us when we arrived. We love Isle of Capri and were so happy we opted to stay there (rather than first idea of Marco Island at the hotels). The property offered everything we could have wanted in a home-away-from-home and it suited our family perfectly. The additional kitchen and living area in the lower unit was perfect for those that needed some downtime. The outdoor living and pool area was a perfect setting for relaxation - the view was amazing. The outdoor bathroom worked perfectly for us as well. We were so comfortable and hope to reserve again. I would highly recommend. We also really enjoyed the local restaurants... Gypsy, Pelican Bend and Osteria. All really good service, food and atmosphere. The home was full of amenities and we really enjoyed the kitchen (indoor and outdoor). The layout and design were perfect and the design was so interesting and unique. We absolutely love our stay and we are fully jealous of the homeowners! :)

As beautiful as the pictures! LOVED the outoor area. The house has everything you could possibility need. Excellent location for Marco Island. Host was always available to help with anything. Would definitely stay again if we revisit the area.

Fantastic host and fantastic house.

There wasn’t anything this house didn’t offer. All the amenities that you can think of and more! From the picturesque outdoor area, to the small conveniences of providing floats, beach equipment, extra sunscreen, etc. My only regret is not booking a longer vacation! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in this beautiful home.

Very nice home. Private pool/hot tub area. Modern class. Just a really nice property. I couldn't think of anything to offer for improvement.
