Bateman Cottage - New construction, under 10 min to Dreams Park, game room

The house has everything you need for a week and proximity to Dream Park and downtown Cooperstown is perfect.

What an amazing and wonderful week we spent in Cooperstown - and our time at Bateman Cottage made it even better! We loved everything about it...the location was perfect (only about 10 mins from Dreams Park and 4 mins from downtown Cooperstown, and less than 5 minutes from many good restaurants, grocery stores, ice cream, etc. Everything was spotless and the house was welcoming, fun, and full of history - and baseball artifacts which we loved! The kids loved the foosball table and the kitchen was fully equipped and in great condition. Bill greeted us with wonderful stories about the history of his family and Cooperstown and was there to meet us right when we arrived. We would recommend Bateman Cottage to everyone!

Loved staying here. It had everything we wanted and more! It was clean, beds were comfortable, and had more than enough space for our large family. We came for my son’s baseball tournament and the cottage kept us into the baseball theme!! Lots of stuff to look at. Super close to everything too!!

Very nice home, very comfortable and clean. No yard for children, however,, and on a semi-main road. Owners representative was very responsive and helpful, as well as knowledgeable about where to go in the area Excellent location just 1.5 miles from town and 8 minutes to Dreams Park.

We enjoyed ourselves all week in a clean and comfortable home. Because we were at the ballpark most of our days there wasn’t much time spent in the home. But it was nice to come home to and a comfortable sleep. Convenient location and everything you needed was there!

The Bateman Cottage was absolutely stunning.We arrived after midnight and accommodations were made for us to easily access the home. The scenery was absolutely amazing and we had no issues whatsoever. If ever in the area I would definitely book again. The home is filled with everything you would need for a home away from home. The basement was full of games and activities for us to enjoy. Lovely place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Bateman Cottage. It was clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Two coaches wives and our kids perfectly fit in this home for our Cooperstown week. Less than 10 minutes from the both the park and downtown Cooperstown Village made it convenient for all our needs! Would stay again!

The Bateman Cottage was comfortable, clean, well stocked, close to the village restaurants, and an easy drive to Dream Park.

Our stay at Bateman Cottage was wonderful from beginning to end. The property is immaculate and contains everything you need including a fully stocked kitchen, gas grill and porch to relax on after baseball. The 20 min walk into the village was pretty crossing streams and past beautiful village homes. The easy drive to Dreams Park is convenient for multiple trips a day. Bill the manager greeted us promptly and was warm and helpful. We look forward to staying again next year!

We stayed here for our Cooperstown trip. It was the best! The pictures are exactly what you get. It’s clean, fully stocked with anything you’ll need. The owners/host are quick to respond and so lovely to meet! Bill was so welcoming and instantly made us feel at home. We look forward to coming back when our next kiddo plays!
