The house was beautiful inside and out. Perfectly stocked and ready for a relaxing weekend. The descriptions did not bend any truth. The house is conveniently located near Ruby Falls, Incline Railway, Rock City, you name it. Easy to get to Chattanooga but far enough you have quiet. This home provides a family friendly layout with 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bath open-concept design. Enjoy Smart TV streaming on all 3 TVs (located in each bedroom and living area). For some downtime relaxation, enjoy family favorite games, crayons and paper, all stocked in the living room game cabinet. Adjacent to the living room, there is a dining table with space for 6 guests.



Guests will enjoy a lovely kitchen with quartz counter tops, stainless-steel refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and other appliances to make meals a breeze – including a Keurig coffee maker (coffee provided), toaster, blender, crockpot, and an array of pots and pans. Whether you’re enjoying a takeout meal from a local restaurant or cooking a meal yourself, the kitchen is stocked with many basics to make grocery shopping less stressful. You’ll find stocked items including coffee, creamer, sugar, flour, salt, pepper, cooking oil/spray, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, etc.

To keep the property/neighborhood clean and tidy, please pick up after your dog(s) with provided waste bags.
