Stayed Apr 10, 2026This property was exactly what we needed to relax and recharge from a day in the Middle Ages. It was clean, well-appointed, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. My only suggestion would be to add more hooks/racks for hanging clothing and towels. Thank you, Kim, for a wonderful stay!

Stayed Apr 4, 2026VRBO had a glitch, so we couldn't communicate on the app. However, we called the host, and she was very friendly and responsive, texting the check in info, etc. The place itself is very unique, comfortable, and we'd for sure stay again!! It was a quiet, beautiful location, overlooking the lake.

Stayed Feb 14, 2026Was notified that we were being upgraded to the hosts lake house. It was a larger place right on the lake but it was very worn and somewhat dirty. No key was given - door was left unlocked for our arrival. We only planned a quick night's rest on way to cruise so that was ok. Communication with host was quite slow as well. The barndominium was nearby and looked to be in much better shape than the lake house.

Stayed May 27, 2023Cute barn conversion with plenty of space. However, there are no restaurants close by, so the kitchen needs to have more utensils/etc. with which to cook and dine.
