An outdoor shower to wash away the day's sand and a fenced in back yard for added privacy. Beautiful modern kitchen, fully equipped, and gas BBQ allow you to cook your own meals if you choose. The perfect end to a day spent splashing in the waves is making s'mores over the beach fire pit, or relaxing in the sauna. Located near the AuSable River with opportunities for kayaking, canoeing and tubing. There are also amazing views of the fall colors with state land right across the street. Long driveway with plenty of parking and a basketball hoop for fun.
