Barefeet Retreat: Oceanfront home with a Private Beach Access and Spacious Covered Porches

The best vacation yet. Beautiful home and views.

The house was oceanfront with very short walk to the beach. It was spacious and a perfect house for our family to enjoy all that comes with staying at Holden Beach! It wasn't crowded, lots of shells and great place to relax and fish. We would definitely recommend this home!

We enjoyed a nice week with our immediate family in Barefeet Retreat. The house was just as described and met all our needs. It’s a great location, close to the bridge and restaurants, but far enough to be quiet on the street and beach.

Well stocked home with beautiful views of the ocean on both levels of the home. Very clean with comfortable beds in all 4 bedrooms. One of our favorite homes by far.

This whole experience was wonderful. Inside and outside of the home were fresh and clean when we got there. We absolutely loved the porch and rocking chairs overlooking the ocean. My family couldn't believe how the hosts thought of our needs. From spices for cooking, to beach chairs and toys we were all set. It made for a very relaxing and amazing time for all of us. Our family loved it so much we already booked a week for next year. Practically water pressure was great. Fridge had an icemaker in the freezer. The dishwasher is better than mine. So thankful for the washer and dryer. Good sized TV with settings that worked with your stay. You sign into your streaming accounts and after checkout everything resets on their own. Beds were comfortable and clean. It was great!

The home and location was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well stocked and it was nice to have linens provided. The back porch was a great place to sit and relax. We would stay again.

Can’t say enough good things about this house!! Very clean upon arrival which was great! Kitchen was fully stocked which was great! Layout of the rooms was great! Back porch and rocking chairs our favorite part! Loved it so much we already booked it for next year too! Our 5yr old grandson said thanks for letting us stay in your beach house!!

Appreciated the thoughtful, extra details the host provided for our cold weather visit. Each bedroom was comfy, the common area held our group easily and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and grilling. Can’t wait to come back!
