Stayed Jun 9, 2026My family of 5 had a great stay here recently, June 2026. The property was clean, easy to check in to, and well supplied. The bedrooms were good-sized (all upstairs), and it was nice to have a bathroom upstairs and downstairs. The downstairs area was comfortable, especially the window seat, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The outside seating area was a great place to sit and watch the stars. The neighborhood is quiet. Just an FYI that there is not a washer and dryer on the property, which we knew ahead of time, so you do need to go into town if you have to do laundry.It's about a 15-20 minute drive to Acadia, so close enough without being in the more populated area of Bar Harbor, which gets pretty crowded. There are plenty of restaurants in downtown Bar Harbor, but a few that are closer to the property. I had no problem getting in touch with our property contact. She was quick to answer our questions or help with anything we needed.

Stayed Oct 9, 2025House was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It was conveniently located both to Bar Harbor and to lots of hiking in the park which was why we came. Went hiking everyday. Nice little patio out back overlooking some woods - enjoyed a few beers there! Some cute restaurants not too far away. Enjoyed our stay.

And we loved that it’s in a cute little neighborhood. So while it was not in the busy part of town, it also wasn’t isolated. We loved it!

Stayed Aug 31, 2023We had a wonderful time at the property. It was clean, open, and had everything we could possibly need. We came as a family, with my husband and two children (2.5 yo and 8 mo). The neighborhood was quiet and a great place to which to retreat after being in the bustle of Bar Harbor. Drive to downtown Bar Harbor and the various hikes was ~15-25 minutes. Would definitely stay again!
