DOG-FRIENDLY STAY
Your furry friend is welcome to join you! Please follow these simple house rules:
- Dogs are allowed indoors but not on furniture or in bedrooms.
- Bring your dog’s own bedding and bowls.
- Please ensure the property is left clean and free from fur, drool, or waste.
- Dogs must not be left alone at the property (inside or outside).
- Please manage barking or digging to avoid disturbing neighbours.

- What is the bedding configuration
Bedroom 1 with a king bed and bedrooms 2, 3, & 4 with two single beds each. Single beds can be pushed together to form king beds if preferred. We supply high-quality linen and fresh towels for all guests.
- What consumables are provided
We include a starter kit: coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt/pepper, paper towel, hand/body wash, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, laundry liquid
- How and when will I receive the address & key code
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive arrival instructions by email. Your unique door code and check-in details are sent 48 hours before arrival.
- Is the property pet-friendly
Yes — pets are allowed.
- Are children welcome / is there a cot or highchair
Children are welcome. Cot and highchair are available upon request, free of charge.
- Is smoking allowed
No, smoking is not permitted.
- Parking details
Onsite secure parking is available to guests.
- Where are the bedrooms located
All bedrooms are located on the ground floor.
- What bathroom facilities are available in the property
The property has an ensuite bathroom featuring an egg-shaped tub, walk-in shower, toilet, and outdoor seating area. The second bathroom also includes a walk-in shower and toilet, with 24/7 hot water available.
- Is the property accessible for guests with limited mobility
The property may be suitable, but minimal assistance may be needed as there are a few steps present.

PLEASE NOTE: No school leavers.
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am
Dogs are permitted on application. See dog rules in section X of the rental agreement.

Parties & large gatherings not permitted.
The total number of occupants must not exceed the quoted number.
Bed type: 1 King Bed | 6 Single Beds* (*Note: Single beds can be pushed together to form King Beds or remain singles).
Tents, boat, campers, caravans, swags, sleeping bags are not permitted on or to be used at the property during a booking.
The bins are collected on Thursday morning. Please make sure the bins are ready by the side of the road on a Wednesday night.
Properties are professionally cleaned prior to your booking but please note that prior to your departure you are required to:
Put all furniture back in original positions
All dishes are to be cleaned, dried and put back in their appropriate places.
All food and rubbish removed and put in the external bins.
BBQ gas turned off after use.
Ovens – food removed and wiped.
