Stayed Dec 12, 2025This place was ok. Upon showing up we had difficulty getting in as the code was not reset to what we were told and the contact didn’t answer. Took awhile to get ahold of someone to help. Once we did get ahold of someone, texting was the best option. The place is in dire need of a deep cleaning and some minor repairs. We had to clean most of the dishes that we pulled out of the cabinet and drawers as they were put away dirty previously. It would’ve been nice to have towel hooks or shelves to put things on. We had 6 people, using both bathrooms and nowhere to hang towels or place items. No hooks in the bedroom either to hang towels to dry. Very minimal kitchen items. Would be nice to have a drain rack for when washing dishes. With all that said it was a warm place to lay our heads. This could be an exceptional property with some improvements.

Stayed Nov 26, 2024The house itself was to experience Baltimore in a row home… beautifully furnished, nice neighbors who speak to you on the porch, a firehouse on the corner and two neighborhood dogs that welcome you with a friendly bark. More than enough parking on the street… Dunkin Donuts close enough to walk to. The best part was the responsiveness of Dawn, the property manager. No mater what we needed she was on top of it and we all enjoyed her visit when she attened to some minor issues . We may come back next year!

Stayed Feb 17, 2024The place made us feel like nobody had cleaned in a while or the place hadn't been stayed in. There was leftover trash, cigarette ashes in the bathroom, and a broken chair (pad was not attached). Tags on some of the decorations made us feel like they were an afterthought and just there to make the photos look better. The back yard had scraps of siding and debris strewn about. The upstairs shower could use some instructions for how to 'dial-in' the correct temperature. Parking along the street was sometimes difficult and the neighbors could be a bit noisy at night, including a pair of large dogs. Based on our travels the location seemed to be about twenty minutes from everything in Baltimore. We had a good time in Baltimore, but did not want to spend a lot of time at the house.
