Bagataye Villa - exceptional 180° view of sea and islands, 100 m from the sea

The view cannot be rivaled. The house is well equipped from the beds to the beach towels to the kitchen. The walk to the beach is easy and convenient. Having visited several other beaches in both islands the one at “home” was our favorite. Claudine was helpful at checkin and the local bakery and restaurant recommendations were spot on. Hoping to return soon.

We rented this property for a reunion between my American family and my fiancé's family from France. This house was perfect for all of us ranging from 30 - 70 years old with different needs and wants! We were close to markets, the kitchen was well equipped for cooking, we were walking distance from multiple beaches, we even took surf lessons at one of them. Our local host was very helpful and great to be around. 5 out of 5, we will be back! :)

My husband and I travelled to Guadeloupe with 2 small children and three grandparents. The villa and bungalow were perfect. The pool was a dream. Waking up each morning to a view of the ocean was stunning. We loved the proximity to the beach. It’s very helpful to rent a car if you want to travel to neighboring St. Anne or anywhere else. We were mostly content staying at home and swimming in the pool. Claudine was so helpful. Our arrival flight was delayed causing us to get to the house at 4am. She was there with a smile to meet us! We very much hope to return!

Really the perfect spot for a family or group of friends. The villa is in a gated area. You can park your car right next to the villa within the gated area. There is a delightful view from the living area which opens upon the great lap pool (which has Jacuzzi jets on one side) and overlooks the ocean. Better than the pictures :) A path to beaches lies about 500 feet from the house. On one side it is a three minute walk to a local beach, and in the other direction, a lovely walk past some grazing cows to the beach in St.Anne. In the evening, the pool and property (which has lovely flowers) is lit beautifully. The property is completely private. The villa has been decorated tastefully decorated and the kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm! All the bedrooms are lovely and air conditioned. The villa is located between St. Anne and St. Francois which is very convenient. Our family had a great time! Thanks so much for the use of your lovely home!
