Backyard Paradise w/ Hot Tub & Heated Pool !

This was a great clean place to stay! Our whole family enjoyed the pool and outdoor kitchen and entertainment area. We will definitely stay again!

We loved our stay ! The house had everything we could possibly need. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and the black out curtains were much appreciated . The backyard is just beautiful and ample seating . Perfect location !!!! Zero complaints .

6 girlfriends descended in this property for a 3 day stay. We travel together once a year and have a few priorities…pool, outdoor living space, kitchen and nicely appointed property. On every level this property exceeded our expectations. The value for the money was outstanding. As we parked it for the 3 days, the kitchen and its cooking utensils and pans is essential. There was every pan and utensil we pretty much needed.Outdoor and indoor dinnerware was very well done and there was a plethora of both….the bathrooms were nicely appointed but a wee bit small but a very minor issue. The outdoor bathroom and shower was a nice touch. The bedrooms had ample room and storage. The mattresses were a bit soft for my taste but worked out fine. The pillows could be a bit nicer but sufficed just fine for a three night trip. The electronics to the house…pool, HVAC thermostat and outdoor lighting were a bit tricky to figure out. But with a little more tequila and time we were able to navigate those. It would be helpful to have a manual for all of those. Having said that, there was an iPad (without instructions) for the hot tub that we eventually were able to master. The kitchen was fabulous as was the whole property….oh there was an outrageously stocked coffee station and an alcoholic honor bar that we drank some vodka from and left a full bottle of Anejo tequila to replace it. All in all, would rent this house again in a nano second…with gratitude…the Dawgs!

The entire place was a dream. Fully stocked kitchen supplies and outdoor amenities were incredible. One of the best places we’ve stayed.

Overall, the place was very clean and well stocked. Information in the guest book was very informative. Size and amount of TVs were great. Pool and backyard in general were great. Outdoor grill worked and had extra supplies out there. The additional beach towels and sunscreen were very nice. We also enjoyed playing the outdoor games provided. The Kitchen coffee bar was a highlight. Laundry and supplies for that were great. Extra charging stations for peripherals were great. Stocking of key general supplies was very good. Great cooking supplies, including spices as well. Nice organization and labelling for things in the kitchen. Bart was very responsive when we had a issue with the HVAC. Clothing storage in the closets was wonderful. It was also very nice to have garbage and recycling service handle bringing the cans to the curb and returning them after pick-up. Overall, this was one of the better VRBOs we have stayed at, and we will likely return.

This place was outstanding... sometimes, when dealing with a property, you're not sure what you'll get. This property exceeded our expectations!! It's not a walkable property if you need groceries or want to walk to a restaurant, but it is beautiful. Responses from the owner were instant. I would recommend paying to heat the pool... the pool water was chilly. First-class property. Highly recommend it.

We had booked early to visit my son at ASU and bring along all the grandparents to see him. Upon arrival the house was spotless with a welcome note and a bottle of wine. It was a nice touch after a cross-country flight, so all of us truly appreciated the small details. We were travelling with a few different age groups, so the multiple spaces like the living room, tv area, dining room, outdoor loungers etc.. were perfect. Everyone found the house clean, comfortable, modern, spacious and lovely. The only comments I heard from my group, is they would have liked mirrors in the (2) front guest rooms. Thank you Bart Co!

I tried 3 times to have VRBO help as the property manager ghosted me for several days on access to use of the garage which ruined my ability to rent an exotic car as I had planned. The host said the hot tub took 20 minutes to warm up it took 70. minimal time is left with a 2 hr max to use it. Then I waited and waited to connect to the local wi fi to turn the tub off and on but I figured out I could control it on the remote connection. I do not recommended.this property and will file a complaint with AZ real estate associaton on the property manager

Truly comfortable home away from home. Fully equipped, more than anticipated - from phone chargers, to toiletries, pool and bath towels, etc.The house was clean, spacious and located near everything but on quiet residential street. Check-in and out was very easy. Property manager responsive. Family of 3 adults needed warm sunshine and some healing swim and spa time and the house and Scottsdale delivered!

We absolutely LOVED this house for our girls trip but would be so great for a family trip as well!!! Great location!!! The home decor was beautiful, cozy and perfect! We loved the private pool and hot tub and entire, amazing outside space!! Great communication from host!! Comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms, kitchen had everything we needed and then some!! Lots of personal touches that made our trip even better! Can’t say enough great things about this place! Highly recommend staying here!

A great place to stay. Very nice coffee bar and was decorated beautifully and in a great location. Gorgeous outdoor entertainment area and pool. The only thing I would change is to update the part under the listing about not having any cameras on the property except at the front door (ring door bell) because when we stayed there it had a camera shooting in the pool area and that was a little frustrating privacy wise. Other than that we loved it!

Wonderfully updated and organized home! We truly enjoyed our stay and thought the only upgrade would have been to place a TV outdoor under the patio nearer to the pool.

House is just like the pictures. They already have a lot of things you may need. Checking out does not require any to do list before leaving. Outdoor area was designed just right.

This place has everything you need to have a great time whether its relaxing by the pool or grilling some steaks on the grill. The only negative thing is the water pressure is a little low when taking a shower but that is no reason not to stay here. I would stay here again.

We loved the property and the house was stocked very well inside and out. The decor was awesome, comfie couches and sitting areas and beds.

This house is even better in person than the listing shows. The house is beautiful and well appointed. The yard was awesome for our family of 4 (mom, dad and boys ages 10 & 12) - the pool, outdoor 'living room' and games kept our family entertained and outside from 9am-10pm every day. It was a really fantastic couple of days!

Wonderful house with incredible pool/backyard. Highly recommend.

Our group of six enjoyed our stay. The entire patio area was great for a large group. Plenty of seating, barbeque and large tv to watch games. We came for the mariner's spring training and drove about 1hour to get there.BUT we liked Scottsdale over Peoria for better rental options.

Attention to details and comfort was wonderful! Great amenities. A few issues because it's an older house. Great location.

The property is advertised as having a “hot tub & heated pool”, but this was the very aspect we experienced issues with, requiring near daily communications with the property manager. The heater turned itself off, the app that controls the pool/spa wouldn't always turn it on, we had to check it daily to ensure it was on and manually turn the heat on ourselves, and once the spa even changed to the pool’s temperature for no reason. The house rules also explain visitors must be quiet as the neighbourhood is quiet, yet we experienced VERY loud music with alot of bass from a neighbour (spa side) on several days, impacting our enjoyment of the backyard. The fire pit wouldnt start either. Inside, the bulb above the stove was burnt out and the property manager couldnt fix it, and a smoke alarm suddenly started beeping every 30 seconds (property manager changed the batteries, but as soon as he left it started again, so all we could do was just remove the batteries again). Beyond this, the pros are the property’s location in Scottsdale is good, close to everything you need, & the house is well appointed, clean and comfortable with hot water and good pressure. Unfortunately the problems we experienced in the backyard, particularly with the pool/spa heating greatly reduced our ability to enjoy what we were hoping to get out of the property for our southern vacation - a quiet place to have a warm swim/spa each afternoon.

We really enjoyed our recent stay at this property! They thought of all the big and small details. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware, spices. Property manager was responsive when we couldn't get the hot tub warmed up. We would definitely come back and recommend to others.

Clean property and a great location!

This house has a great location. It’s close to everything. Within 5 to 20 min you have top golf, shopping, downtown and awesome restaurants. It’s a safe & quiet neighborhood, perfect for our family. The house had everything you need from household cleaning & laundry supplies to outdoor sunscreen and pool items. We enjoyed our stay so much and would definitely rebook this house.

This home is a gem! We came to Scottsdale for our son‘s wedding and stayed for two weeks. This house was wonderful. The kitchen was nicely stocked, the furniture was fabulous. The beds were wonderful… I slept like a baby every night. And let’s talk about the backyard! Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous. I highly recommend this home. The neighborhood was quiet. The property manager is quick to respond with any questions. The owners of the home have truly thought about everything. Thank you so much for our enjoyable stay and I’m sure we will return! Hubby and and I were in Scottsdale to get away from the stress of our business and enjoy some sun and antique shopping. The backyard was ideal for lounging in the sun, cooling off in the pool, relaxing under the canopy, and playing a game of bean bags. Location was great. Close enough to all the shopping and restaurants but no noise. The room was great and the bedding was so comfortable. Next year we want to bring the kids!
